I believe all store managers should follow the example of the way the people are so helpful at this store. I will definitely shop here again.

The store is conveniently located to my home. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can usually purchase what I need off the shelves. If an item is not in stock on the shelf an employee will check the stock in the backroom. If it is not in the store they will order it for me and have it delivered for pickup or to my home.

The LG Microwave we purchased fifteen months ago has powered off intermittently over the past 4-5 months. This was part of a single purchase of another five high end LG appliances from this store. After some searching on my part and discussions with the Store and Warranty folks, the Warranty had expired. I purchased another, same model. Was extended a courtesy discount and shipping was free. The new one is installed and working great. ps: Purchase the three or five year warranty. Will save a bunch of grief.

The young girl in the paint department was efficient,knowledgeable and very friendly.

I have now bought washer, dryer and upright freezer for my new home in the last 3 mos. The one employee Rett is the best to deal with. Always friendly, always so willing to help. This last purchase was made because I purchased an upright freezer else where and now 1 week before move in found out that store sold my freezer that I had already paid for. I went into Home Depot, there was Rett, he listened to my tale of woe and set about getting the freezer I needed. I was in and out of the store in less then 30 minutes with the help of Amy and Shaina checking me out.

If you need help with snowblowers, Randy Gatzemeyer is the guy you want to ask for!! His knowledge and willingness to help is outstanding.

Friendly/ helpful staff

The staff at the Willmar Home Depo are friendly, quick to greet you and ask if you need any assistance. They will work together as a team to get your projects ordered, organized and ready to pick up or deliver. The delivery guy came back to work today to deliver my order when the store called him...who does that? Very pleased with the customer service, quality of products and overall experience.

Online states 11 of item was in stock, when arrived to store, 0 item was there. Rechecked online and it still states 11 boxes are in stock. Staff congregated in several locations just chatting about personal lives (Vikings, restaurants etc.) while inventory blocked one aisle completely. Carts with inventory lying around store in different locations yet staff stand around and chat with each other. Paint counter man literally looked the other way as if he did not see me when I approached the counter seemed he did not want me to interrupt what he was doing despite no other customers there. Second time that happened to me in that store. Upon check out, item was not marked, cashier asked me to go to the back of store and take a photo of UPC. I refused. Then it took 10 complete minutes for one of the “busy” staff to locate item and tell cashier price. Very unhelpful staff. Worst Home Depot of at least 12 stores I have shopped in.

People were friendly but did not put much effort in find answer to question they didnt know. Plus a tool I bought was missing a part. Looked to be a return that wasn't checked. Took forever for someone to even ask if I needed help.

I drive 45 miles to get to the store. I have always been very satisfied that I chose the Willmar store to shop at.

There is always someone willing to help you when you need it! They handle difficult customers extremely well. Home Depot has taken the proper steps to make customers like myself feel safe while shopping during covid by requesting and providing masks and keeping their store clean.

My husband and I had a great shopping experience at the Wilmar Home Depot. The employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I don't always do these reviews, but I had to do this one. We were impressed. : )

Feeling blessed to live in a rural setting where the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. We found the cordless tools we were looking for. Randy was super helpful in finding out if we were buying the right tool for the right job. Advice was so needed and welcomed. The store was really clean. The bathrooms were clean. Randy and Bill could have talked hours about tools.

Every time I have been in the store (and I am quite often) all the store associates greet you, always ask if they can be of help and answer all of my questions. I if the employee is not certain of the answer they always find someone else that can be of help. The store is always clean and orderly. I love the plant section this time of year. So many selections and always well taken care of.
