Randy, who works in the power tool department, is an incredibly knowledgeable employee and huge asset for your store. Hold onto him! Make sure he is around so I can continue to come into your store and ask him questions about what tools I should get and more about woodworking! Also, Lauren, the cashier who helped me, was very kind and helped me quickly and efficiently (and yes, she asked about financing if supervisors or managers are reading this). Store was clean, everyone was friendly, and I found all the tools I needed to start my woodworking!

The clerk Sami was very helpful when I was checking out. However I was hoping when I returned to deal with her again. That was not the case and next time. When you're associate states he doesn't believe me. I promise that I will close my account and never shop at a Home Depot again

Menards is cheaper on every single thing this place has and it's across the street.

The store was clean and neat but there was an associate that was super disrespectful to me and rude I can’t believe Homedepot would hire somebody that would be disrespectful and rude to their customers if it wasn’t for him I would have a great time getting help from everybody

Just had the best retail shopping experience of my entire life at our local Home Depot store. Every employee had a big smile and was very friendly. The associate that helped me with my purchase was extremely knowledgeable and went way, way above any expectations that I had to assist with my purchase. Store employee, Falon, jumped right in to help. I go in looking for maybe 1 thing and as with this visit I saw something that I thought was an excellent price and will be going back.

Beware!! Horrible customer service! Store employees to managers need training. Better off going to Menards instead. As Menards treats you like a customer unlike Home Depot in Willmar. Good Luck everyone!!
