This store is well-stocked and the employees are very helpful.

I am a long time shopper at Home Depot. I find most of the products that I need to purchase at any given time. There have been a few items that did not work as well as I expected, but that can happen with any product. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I will continue to patronize The Home Depot store for my home repair/ remodeling projects, gardening and lawn supplies and equipment and most of my hand and power tools.

I love this store. It is my first choice for home improvement shopping. Over the years we have made many improvements and have been pleased with every trip. Associates are very helpful.

The store is always clean and neat!! We can always get help with our needs. I love their outdoor section. It’s our favorite store for flowers,improvements and home projects.

If you need help making decisions on carpeting - be sure to ask for "Steve". He also made recs to maximize my carpet and it saved me money. I couldn't be happier!!

It it always a nice experience shopping at this Home Depot. If I can not find what I am looking for there is a floor person close by to assist me. I will continue to shop here.

We visited this store during the late afternoon on 2/15/19. We had to return an item and that was completed very quickly. The 2 gentlemen from the flooring department were very helpful and helped to find the items needed. While paying for our items, we showed the necessary “military” identification to received that discount, which is greatly appreciated!! Anyway it didn’t happen, so we were directed to customer service. Sami, and a very helpful young man in this department, were finally able to complete the refund. It took awhile to get it done due to a couple glitches. They both were so friendly and and kept their sense of humor (and so did we) that we had a good laugh!!

Stopped in to look at dishwashers. The employee Rich was so knowledgeable and helpful we ended up buying a dishwasher, stove and microwave.

We had great difficulty in cashing a check on a newly established account, Sami, assisted us with great pleasure, Although I contacted Home Depot's system of using tele check, only to call and get a non fluent English speaking person, by the third time, I finally go someone whom I could understand. Check issue will be corrected in 7 days, thankfully we had another source of funds to use to pay our bill of nearly $600.00.

This is my go-to store for all of my needs in my home, from lighting to light bulbs, flooring (carpet, tile, and laminate), decking and rails, plants and gardening supplies, appliances and patio furnishings. I have also purchased all of my exterior doors from them. Almost all of the employees that I have worked with have been professional, personable, friendly and caring. I feel like they are part of my extended family. The store is easy to find what you need because it is clean and well organized. If I couldn't find what I was looking for an associate is willing to help me find it.

Shopping at this store is so enjoyable compared to the other building supply store in town. Plentiful, knowledgeable employees, better shipping to addresses out of Willmar. Skip the 11% off and find the real deals!

Staff has routinely been very helpful and knowledgeable. We have designed and purchased new kitchen cabinets with the help of Home Depot staff and recently purchased a washer & dryer with the assistance.

Every time I am in the Willmar store I am greeted with a smile and a welcome. I have always been able to find what I am looking for and have a staff member with knowledge of the product.

Bright and clean isles, well signed and plenty of help available.

I particularly like shopping at this store out of the ones I go to in the tristate area. This is a more friendly and personal store. Also there's always some staff on hand to answer your questions or help you find something.

VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Our shopping experience was very helpful and informative. The staff and customers in the store were friendly and pleasant to talk with. I was asked if I needed assistance in each department we visited. When I did have a question it was answered in a manner I understood and was able to purchase the proper items I needed for the project I am working on.

Another good shopping experience at the Willmar MN Home Depot! Help was right there, knowledgeable, and very patient as I made my new washer/dryer purchase. Great Store, Great Staff.

Because of Lauren, we were able to make a purchase for a project we are doing at the Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Co-op using our "virtual purchase order" process credit card through our work. Lauren was very delightful to deal with and was able to make our purchase possible. Awesome customer service!!

This store is a great place to shop. Employees are friendly and helpful. Many go above and beyond to help.
