I’ve been to other warehouse stores but with this location I was able to schedule a carpet measurement appointment and leave with samples. Didn’t have to hunt down a person to assist me. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Professional and knowledgeable staff. Recommend this store if you own a home.

Home Depot, Apex, NC is my husband’s and my “Go-To” for all our remodeling, garden, tool, and everything from storm doors to weed control. A favorite for how the staff treats customers, fast and efficient checkouts, and ease and convenience of shopping. I shop at three retailers: Home Depot, local Food Lion, and Costco. All prices at each keep me coming back BUT the customer service, for an “older” lady, is especially useful at Home Depot. I’m confident grocery shopping and wandering around Costco, but often need product advice shopping at Home Depot, where I’m less knowledgeable. The STAFF is always product savvy and courteous!

Close to my house and traffic is much better than the other ones nearby. Service persons are pleasant too.

I travel from Durham as the folks that work in the Apex Home Depot are always helpful and friendly. The store is well managed and staffed.

I have saved a lot of money on service calls by doing it myself, with the help of the friendly people at Home Depot. It's a big store with the small-town feel. People are friendly, pro-active with their help and advice.

Savanna ( Jarvis ) was really helpful in helping me out with a return and re order she was very pleasant when sometimes it can be difficult day in and day out of dealing with customers. I felt she cared. I will shop here again!

I just left the longest most negative review re this store! It is So Terribly Troubling to drive into such a poorly lit parking lot at night, w Only One Parking Lot Light lit where I saw Zero cars last night & other nights, & All Other Lights Have Failed To Give Any Light at all! I moved cloceby over a month ago & when u move, you need more home goods. But I will skip this place if it continues to have only one parking lite! I will vow to come & check if the lighting improves but will not park but drive to Lowels where they light up the store & parking lot fully!

Had purchased a product that then went on sale shortly after and Home Depot stood behind their policy of refunding the difference.

Just a quick thank you to Mervat who helped us self check out today and gave my daughter a special gift to build, she made us both feel special and had a big smile on her face whilst helping us. Fantastic customer service.

I purchased lights here in 5 minutes - took me 35 to return them - employees are not helpful or competent - i wont b shopping here again

What you'd expect from HD. Clean, organized store, though the layout is reversed from others I've visited.

If you have any questions in Electrical repairs, go to the Apex, NC, store and ask for Dennis. He is terrific about helpful far beyond the call of duty.

Great place to find everything you need for your home Knowledgeable staff and neatly organized.

I had a damaged product and met the manager Charles at the customer service desk for resolution. As we worked through the issue, he was preoccupied having left our conversation 4 times (one time on the phone prior). He offered a discount to accept the damaged table. I asked for more of a discount and he refused and said that the disocunt was no longer available and that he was done talking with me, and walked away. Ultimately he "found" a replacement after saying none were available. However, his subordinates at the customer service desk, Amber and Mervat stuck with me in the most professional way. Thank goodness! If you go to the customer service desk stay away from Charles and deal with Amber and/or Mervat. they were exceptional!

I was very delighted with the customer service attendance and service today. Nothing over the top.. Her demeamor, attentiveness were well appreciated.

Had a disgusting experience today 4/19/2022 around 8PM with Josh in the paint department. I simply asked what is the most popular choice of black in the paint area and he laughed and had a smart remark. I then explained to him why I asked that question and how black actually has different shades. He then walked away and left me standing at the paint center for about 10mins and when he got back he stated “oh, you’re still here?” as he was expecting me to leave. That was the most disgusting and disrespectful experience I’ve ever had in HOME DEPOT. Josh alone is the reason why I will never step foot in this store again. Thank you to Reggie the manager on duty who apologized on behalf of Home Depot and the service desk team lead that made my experience a little better.

Joanne went above and beyond to help me from the time I walked in store. Walked me to the area I needed and even went out of her way to provide a flat bed cart so I could purchase the mulch I needed. At the time it was early and garden center was not open to allow me to get my own flat cart. Super helpful and courteous

Gianna was fantastic in helping me purchase my washing machine. Had a terrible experience with Samsung’s customer service. Will never purchase a Samsung product again! Thanks to Gianna, Nicole and Melissa I was able to get a refund and purchase an American made Maytag!

Unfriendly pro service, unfriendly to military veterans. The don’t help you when you need help in the lumber area and point you to the wrong aisle, they don’t care if you find what you need

I went to the Apex store on Saturday morning to buy plants for my yard. The store was so nice and clean with the carts right there for me to grab as I walked in the store. There plant selection was awesome! The aisles were wide so that I could move my buggy through as i shopped. Staff in the garden section was so helpful with finding me the things I needed and colors i wanted. I did not have to wait to check out, very well staffed and friendly like i had known them forever. Great job Apex home depot!
