This store considering how busy it gets is clean and well stocked. Most of the time easy to find things. The associates are smiling, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in getting projects done. Its easy to meet professionals at this store who are also happy to freely share knowledge and tidbits to complete your projects successfully.

Each time I have shopped there I have had excellent service and be waited on by knowledgeable employee that have been readily available to answer questions. I can't say that about other Home Depot stores in this area.

The store was clean everything in place and there were people around to assist me.

I didn't even to ask. An associate escorted me to my vehicle and loaded my purchase for me. Great customer service!

The staff in the Apex store is very friendly and efficient! Lovette, in the appliance department, is extremely friendly and helpful! She is a true asset to the staff!

Staff was helpful; management focused more on the job than customer service. I asked Lisa where the door knob safety covers were. As she was looking it up, a manager came over and asked if she could help me and told Lisa she needed to get back to her area. It was rather rude. Yes, the manager assisted me further, but the way in which it was done made me question how he employees are treated. Lisa was kind enough to help me, which is the same treatment I would have received at another hardware store. If there were concerns about the area, the manager could have said, ‘Lisa, let me help this customer,’ or something to that effect so that it did not seem as though the employee was being reprimanded.

Customer service was awesome! Everyone from the lady at the customer service desk to our cashier, Douglas were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. As i was browsing the store, i came across a pergola that i had been wanting for quite a while. It was on sale, but too large for my car. Well, the nice lady at customer service assisted me and assured me that after paying for my purchase, they would hold it for up to 30 days! She made my day! I will be in the Cary area next week and i am so excited to pick up my purchase!

We were at the end of an exhausting day of looking for red Adirondack chairs when we traveled the 20 miles to the store. Michael saved our day! Thank you! Karen at the register was TOP notch and you’d never know she was at the end of her shift. She was so friendly and helpful! Thank you, to all of the employees we met today, for your above and beyond approach to customer service. We will definitely be choosing Home Depot more and will probably even take the longer drive to this store in particular!

Main reason: HD needs to ensure east last cashier in contact with the customers treats them well. HD is poor here. The store helpers are good. They should be at the cash registers. I spend lots of $ buying construction materials and come here only when I can't find it elsewhere.

Store is one of the cleanest home improvement stores I have shopped at. The employees are nice and willing to help ensure you experience is smooth and a positive experience.

I dealt with three reps in the appliance department and got three different answers about what I needed to do about my dish washer being hard-wired or plugged in. Third rep went to his Supervisor and got the final answer. The question was whether my old dishwasher had to be plugged in or could it be hard-wired. Another issue which didn't sit well with me was free installation for the oven and refrigerator but over $300 installation for the microwave and dishwasher because it had to be outsourced.

The Customer Service at this location is exceptional! Whenever I need to find something, I can turn to an employee and they are happy to help out. We had a problem with an online purchase and needed to return it for a replacement. This HD was so helpful and was able to load a replacement into our car that day.

Nice store. Usually has items needed. I am concerned about the constant price increases.

Cierra, the lady at the Customer Service Front Desk Apex, NC store provided excellent customer service when she announced over the intercom that the person with the gray Mustang convertible had their top down and it was raining. When I went to the front desk with my cart I asked her to watch it and if she had some paper towels that I could use to dry the seats and she was kind enough to let me use some. Please recognize Cierra for her great customer service! Thank you.

The employees at the paint department know there stuff. Excellent quality of paint too, per Consumer Reports.

Sadly I have to say this as a very bad customer experience. The staff does not understand how to provide customer service.

Just for the simple reason that some one is always free to help us is the reason we shop in Apex . After a few questions, we are put with the right person to help us. We are gradually upgrading our house and after the help we get from the staff, we are confident when we spend our money.

Store was busy but we were able to have someone help us with our purchase very fast. I like the attentive salespeople with their knowledge and will rely on them with our future projects.

They have items that their similar competitor does not have on display, so this was helpful. Also they have some nursery items found only here. (Trees)

every visit have been a success. Associates are friendly and will try to find answers for you if they don't work in the department. that makes me want to go back again.

Staff is always very ready to assist with needs at this location. Other similar stores in the area fall blatantly short in the customer service function. At times this store is understaffed at the service counter but usually they are quick to get to you. The selection and pricing beats other hardware/building material retailers making this the place to go.
