The employees are very patient and wonderful to work with. Beware of writing checks. If there systems are down walk away and come back another day, do not ever let them run you check through manually and keep your check. It will get ran through your acct twice with there Telecheck partners and if you catch it and deny the second charge. You will be turned over to a collection agency. IT IS A NIGHTMARE!!!

Called Boerne store, phone call was fast employee went to product we wanted to purchase and verified he had the Window Blinds we were looking for, took us 25 minutes to get to store tech remembered my name when we got in store and he cut them to our window and was kind and fast this was a great visit. Thank you

We love the boerne Home Depot. Paula was so helpful, knowledge, kind, and very efficient in helping us.

No very helpful manager trapped by the stupid company policies that aren't according with the current situation.

Ashley in the counter top area is amazing and very knowledgeable. She knew the products very well and made sure I bought the right counter tops for the project I was working on. Great customer service!!! She even made sure my product was taken out for me and loaded.

Extremely friendly employees

I had an amazing experience of purchasing a washer and dryer. Ashley Washington was really patient, knowledgeable, professional and just simply a nice person. Love this store, the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Katie, in Customer Service is amazing! She did a wonderful job and helped with a large purchase, had it brought up front and loaded in my vehicle. She rang up all my purchases, and thanked me for my military service. She also asked me about my career in the Navy. Hope Depot is fortunate to have Katie on the Team.

Great selection and easy to shop

I have always been taken care of when I visit the store. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone in this store are friendly and helpful.

Not a well managed store. Over 1 hr to order 3 appliances is ridiculous. Then I found one fo ht items incorrect a couple days later and spent another hour and thirteen minutes on the phone correcting it.

I enjoy going to the Boerne store. Its the closes to my home in Pipe Creek and it alway seems to do a lot of business. I always find everything what I am looking for and the employees are alway helpful.

I am the technical Director for the Boerne Community Theatre, which is the local non - profit theatre, and am remodeling my home so I spend a lot of time in the Boerne Home Depot. The employees at this store have always been friendly and helpful. Most of them recognize me and they may not know my name but they do know my dogs (Sir Winston A. Underfoots). They treat him very well, giving him treats when they have some. I have dealt with almost every department and from the greeters at the front door to paint, hardware, front desk, cashiers, etc. . . I have always been happy when I left. The only time I've had a problem with Home Depot was when trying to replace a bad set of LED strip lights that were no longer in stock. Seems, I bought the last set. And, the problem was not really with the store but the system for replacing the item. They could not just get a new one sent to the store. I had to deal with someone on the phone, who told me they would send me a replacement which I still have not received. I have given up on ever getting the replacement and do not recommend Home Depots online or phone support. An employee at the Boerne store ended up giving me the demo set they had. Thank you guys for all you do.

IF YOU ARE A VETERAN, DEMAND HOME DEPOT STOP ASKING FOR AN ID THAT THE US MILITARY DOES NOT ISSUE AND DOES NOT EXIST AND REFUSING YOUR DISCOUNT.

Great place to shop if its not there they will get it for you. Great staff and good location.

I have mentioned before great staff and feels like home in there with everyone friendly and has all our needs,if something is not there they will find it for us. we are very blessed to have Homedepot here in Boerne.

Boerne, Texas is fortunate to have this particular Home Depot which is directly connected to its wonderful employees and managers. As a general rule, I avoid big box stores but this Home Depot has a small town feel to it. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot as the store is clean and the clerks are helpful. Normally, what I need is in stock.
