Location for us is great- just 25 miles from home. The store is as clean and tidy as it can be. Help is available close by. If that person is not familiar, he/she will find someone who can help. For large or bulky items, someone always offers to help.

The Boerne store is my store. And would recommend it ta all.

If you need a door to your home, Sherry is the one to see. Her knowledge and professionalism go above and beyond. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I visited the store on Sept. 9, 2018 for some shopping. Dogs without a lease in the store. This particular time, we saw two dogs With Out A Lease, and one was a Pit Bull Mix. We asked an employee if there was any Store Policy concerning this Safety Issue, and he replied back, He did not know. I asked to to please let Management know. We did not get any answer back. I also asked if the store complied with the ADA Act concerning Service Animals. He did not know either. We love our animals and pets, but place safety for people and pets first. Boerne's Lease Law applicable???

Hopefully you can find the item your looking for because you will have a difficult time finding someone to help you.

MY HUSBAND AND I BUILT OUR HOME BY OURSELVES YEARS AGO, AND ALL OF THE SUPPLIES AND LUMBER DIRECTLY CAME FROM HOME DEPOT.

I shop Home Depot because they have named products and reasonable. I cannot understand why they will not let a person use their tax exempt and their disable veterans discount when shopping at the store because they are not connected in any instances, they are #1 for serving in the military and the tax exempt is for #2 agriculture exemption.

Employees are always friendly and want to help customers.Employees were quick to get out of customers way so customers could shop. Employees were up on a lift to get an item for a customer and in the way only for a short while.

Only the second time in this store, This store was very clean, and the associates were over and above with help, Phil in Customer Service was so very helpful in carry my paint into the store, from my car because of my bandage hand. Collin in the Paint area knew exactly the paint that I need, because I was not knowledge, in that area. Anne as a cashier assisted me in the self checkout, as I was a first time user for the self checkout out machine, as well as to get assistance for me, with the heavy paint pails to take to my car. I would like to THANK them all once again, for making my experience so easy, with my bandage hand. Cherrios

Always enjoy my trips to Boerne Home Depot. The store is clean, well-organized and stocked, and the customer service is exceptional. Everyone is always so helpful and knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure that they assist you to the fullest. As a DIYer, Home Depot is my go-to for all my renovation projects.

Overall, the shopping experience at the Boerne store is very good, not excellent, but very good. Because the store is a little small for the market area it serves, the aisles are often crowded with displays of products. Additionally, things like hardware are spread across several aisles separated by the tool department which also has cabinet hardware in it. Thus, at least for me, quickly finding that one item I need in a hurry is often frustrating. I don't know which hardware aisle to go to first even though I'm in the store at least a couple of times per week. Luckily, most of the employees are very helpful when I ask for something. Most of the time I'm thanked for my service when I ask for the "Military Appreciation" discount - good to hear even if my service was many years ago.
