The store was clean and the employees were very helpful.

Terrible customer service. No hello, can I help, thank you, nothing. Employees are rude!!! I send in surveys any time I have to go there but nothing changes. Need new management at store. Customer service is a choice! You choose to work in it, act accordingly. Gave one star because they don’t allow “zero stars”.

The Home Depot is the best!

Clean and helpful store

The product was easy to find.

I went to the home depot after seeing the product I wanted was available in the store. The shelf was empty so I asked an associate for assistance finding the in store stock. He told me the website was wrong and I should go to another store. I explained what I was told to the store manager as I showed him where the product was located in storage out of reach. I will take the associates advise and I will go to a store that begins with the letter L (the home depot site rejected my comment when I types the l store name out). I now reject the idea of spending money at home depot. Thank you unknown associate for the expert help in figuring out which brand is better.

I went to Home Depot Claymont, DE. Had a lot of questions and Roman was so kind to help me. He answered all my questions and concerns and took the time to help me find all that I needed. I got home and I was able to finish my project. Thanks Roman!

The store employee was very helpful.I was looking for a snowblower and there were two choices for a battery operated model. The employee explained the differences and answered the questions that I had sufficiently to make a decision .He then arranged for a forklift to get the item off a high shelf. A very positive experience for me.

Always helpful, courteous

This store has been my go to store at all times. Folks are great. Charlie at the pro desk has helped me often. Charlie will go out of his way to help you find an item he will walk you to the other side of the store to show you where something is. I have told Charlie to just guide ill find it, he will insist on taking you to your item and always has a story to share with you. Just an all around good guy. Also Dave & Mary at the pro desk are very Helpful also when asking for help. Cashiers are always a good experience. Folks at the paint department lead by David just great.. Just all around good people.

Excellent" I spare with her the item I was thinking about purchasing, She explained to me of the choices I have here at Home Depot' Very cool' I bought two. Good job and outstanding effort by Ms. Beverly, She actually took the time to provide excellent customer service. Thank Home Depot for making store professional available in your facilities.

My experience at this store was HORRIBLE. Curbside Pickup was "broken--but did they bother to put up signs on the assigned parking spaces to notify customers? NO! Associates are SLOW and pack a whole lot of attitude and sass. Management lacks basic backbone to address associate behavior and did not even attempt to apologize and wish that I would give Home Depot a second chance. Bottom line--I do not get the impression that ANY associate cares if customers return!

Aisles throughout the store were cluttered with over-piled stock on flatbeds and carts, in many cases blocking the shelves.NO carts or flatbeds were available in the parking lot as they were all carelessly left in the store.

Every time I need to get a propane tank exchange the automatic machine never works. Then you have to wait and get an associate to help. Fix the machine...

I waited 45 minutes for help getting a bathroom vanity combo off a 7 foot high shelf. There were 6 pages from different people asking to assist me. I finally got a small rolling stairs to muscle the item off myself! Ridiculous!

The customer service department is one of if not THEE BEST!! if only there wasn't as much turnover,,, Once you get use to great service and becoming familiar... someone new starts and the process has to re-start.... But still great service!

This store has mostly friendly employees who are typically available when you need help. Keep it up folks!

I was there previously and showed an employee what was wrong with my kitchen sink and he showed me what to buy.  There was a defect with the pipe and I also needed another piece, which caused my reason to come into the store yesterday.   Once I came into the store, I asked an associate if I could get help with plumbing.  I waited for 20 minutes and no one came.  I walked to the back of the aisle and saw a woman there and asked her for assistance.  She told me that the plumbing associate was not in.  I found what I believed to be right but wanted to speak with someone to make sure.  I walked to customer service and was greeted by Fabiana, the only associate that I had interactions with who was helpful and friendly.  I told her my dilemma and she called for a plumbing associate to customer service.  After waiting, she told me that I could speak to her supervisor Sonia.  Sonia was rude and short with me.  I decided I would just do an even exchange and worry about the pipe when I got home.  Sonia had Elizabeth work with me at the register.  Here is where the experience got worse.  Elizabeth was rude and did not listen to anything that I was trying to tell her.  I was telling her that I needed to do an exchange but didn't have the packaging nor the receipt.  She told me "No you need to return that and get a store credit."  After the transaction she began walking away with the P Trap that I intended to purchase.  I informed her that I needed the item.  She told me that I should have explained it to her better and threw the p Trap across the counter, telling me to just take it.  I left the old P Trap and as I was walking away she yells you could have put that in the trash.  I was under the assumption that it was a return and needed to be put somewhere.  I turned around to tell her she needed to get her attitude together.  Sonia comes over and tells me to leave.  I asked to speak to the manager and she says she is and tells me "Bye" repeatedly.  I was extremely upset at this time and told her I was calling corporate, she replied ok and told me to leave or she was calling security.  This all took about an hour. 

I ordered a front door for my house without any problems. Phil was an excellent person to work with at the store. Everything was in order and clean. The checkout was very easy and no delay.

I generally visit this store because of the better selection than some other stores near me in Pennsylvania. On top of that, there's no state sales tax & I can go to the next door Total Wine store. The employees are, for the most part, friendly & try to be helpful. There's one manager, however, who should be called the "Boss from Hades". She bosses around the employees, to put it kindly, non-diplomatically, & is terse & downright rude to customers when she has to intercede to help.

The store very clean, well organized & well stocked. The employees are extremely courteous & knowledgeable.
