Awsome employees!! Love this store.

This store is terrible. It’s poorly stocked, poorly staffed, and the customer service is awful. Hopefully Home Depot will look Into this situation and make some changes. Until then, it’s well well worth the trip to go to the Lowe’s at Brandywine Town Center instead. I have commercial accounts at both and quite often I will drive past the Home Depot to go to the Lowe’s just because of service.

These are tough times with lines and all kinds of delays. Khaiyla in Customer Service made picking up my online orders a bearable event. Her friendly and positive attitude made my day!

This shopping experience at this store is currently no pleasure. Reduced hours have concentrated shopper to daytime hours. The store is understaffed, sometimes long lines to check out. Construction on the adjoining building in the shopping center has traffic jammed even more than usual. If you go, don't plan to be in a hurry.

Avoid if all possible

On an average this store is pretty good, just try and ensure that you do not encounter Deloris from Customer Service she does not represent the Home Deport brand well and maybe should have a job that she does not have to deal with customers since she does a poor job at it.

We did an online order for curbside pickup. We waiting for over an hour and received no assistance when we called. We personally talked to an employee who then helped us. When our order was brought out it was damaged and rusted. The curbside pickup system needs to be improved especially at this time.

My father is a general contactor and has owned and operated his own business for over thirty years. Although I have my own career I have assisted with his business significantly throughout my life which included countless trips to Home Depot. I recently purchased a new home and have visited this home depot frequently over the past few months. My visits overall have not been great but my most recent visit was unsatisfactory to say the least. I totally understand that everyone is in panic mode due to the corona pandemic but what I experienced was a complete disregard for customer and employee safety. While standing in line waiting to make my purchase an employee walked over within two feet away and coughed into the open air with complete disregard! As I continued to wait I observed another employee eating a bag of chips right on the floor another example of failing to provide safe and sanitary environment for both customers and employees. At the entrance there was a group of employees and security monitoring customer entry but they themselves were not practicing proper etiquette standing very close together, not wearing masks socially gathering. I would not consider visiting home depot in the future.

Customer service seems unconcerned with delivering my purchase. Had initial commitment for delivery that was changed 4 times and still have not received my delivery or any update.

The employees are pleasant and helpful.

Return policy suck on washing machine.. there no written policy say you only have 48 hours. I paid $552 for this machine that's doesn't work and maybe stuck with it.

We go to Home Depot ALOT! This store used to be crabby and not so nice to go to but something has changed and everybody is so nice now. Almost as good as Miller Road Location.

The Sales Associates on the floor could use a little training on treating other customers that do not look like them.

Found everything I was looking for with assistance from the Behr fellow when I bought paint and supplies. Another associate name Charley was extremely helpful when I was l looking at mowers and grills (yes i bought both).

Neat and clean.

I always shop this store. The employees are always friendly, courteous and go out of their way to help. When ever I can't find what I am looking for or if I am not sure what I am about to purchase is correct for my needs I never have a problem finding someone to ask. The paint department is great and always helpful.

WHAT A SURPRISE ! I hadn't visited this store in a while since another home store was a little closer to my home. Upon entering I was amazed at the great selection of storage tubs located front and center in these Home Depot. The place was super clean and apparently well managed. I will now make this my #1 stop for all my home needs !

Have a great experience every time I go in there everything is found easily it's clean and all the employees are nice love it there. Employees know what they're talking about.

The store has everything you would want for a home improvement project and more. Good customer service, plenty of parking and easy in and out. Also, no tax and store is conveniently located to additional shopping and convenience/gas stations.

Store carries a variety of items. There is always excellent, knowledgeable, and pleasant help to aid you in selecting the best item for your purpose. There is also quick and pleasant assistance to help load bulky or heavy items into your car.
