Clean store! Great associates! My associate spent an hour with me helping me complete a difficult purchase.

This Home Depot is the 1st place I go to find the tools & supplies I need for my work & home. It is familiar & conveniently located. And if I need help, it is there in a timely manner.

So much improvement with employees being helpful and alert to customer needs. The store's organization of products and clearly marked isles made the shopping experience super.

This Home Depot is staffed with lots of friendly, qualified workers who offer assistance without requesting it.

The people are some of the best that I've engaged in conversation with. They make eye contact, are willing to help, or even get you help. I will give your store all of my business as long as I'm treated like a customer. I hope that the other stores are matching your stores mindset. I've seen you improve drastically in the last year, and it has been for the extreme better.

All around great experience for a busy spring weekend. The garden center has healthy looking plants and all the garden supplies I needed. Extensive cacti selection and asked many times if I needed help....before I needed help.

The store was extremely organized, clean and the staff knowledgeable and eager to help walk me through my home project!

MY FAVORITE STORE!! I shop there regularly. Employees are GREAT in being available for help and assisting in finding products. They are knowledgeable in their respective Departments. Employees are friendly and professional!!

Did online research prior to going to The Home Depot. When I got to the store they DID have what I found online but I was able to find something even better when looking in-person! I found the perfect items for my project. The store was clean, assistance was readily available, the check-out associate was super friendly!

The associates were so proactive, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Associates came up to us, showing us multiple options.With their help, we were able to find everything we needed and more. We came in for a light bulb. We left with lot more!

Great store and location

I had no problem finding the product I ws after and there was inventory as well. I didn't have to have help today but I usually get the help I need when I shop Home Depot. I like not stumbling over boxes of merchandise waiting to be stocked and the floors are clean. My cashier today was IVY and she had the best smile and friendly attitude that all of us could emulate. It made my shopping check out a pleasure. Thank you IVY.

Great place to go nice people clean store

SERIOUSLY !!!! Have NEVER had a bad experience and/or lacs from this storek of help and direction from anyone working there in the 17 years I have been frequenting this store. Have bought single small items and have purchased Large items and home Improvement services. I have tried the competitors, but come back there every time.

We have had great experiences with the helpful associates here from electricial work to insulation suggestions. They have even helped us when we brought them questions on how to fix things at our daughter’s house in California. Thanks a bunch.

This Home Depot #2804 Brooklyn Park offer excellent promotions compatible and quality and prices to other loco stores.

I moved back to the area a little over a year ago to help my 89 year father and have been to this Home Depot on quite a few occasions to purchase different things that needed to be fixed in his home. As my father used to do all of these things it now falls on me to do it and the employees at this Home Depot have been very good at helping me navigate all my needs. I thank them for all their help.

This store has for the most part been exceptional, the garden department is lacking, I go to the Home Depot in Maple Grove for most of my garden (plant) purchases. Their selection is larger, and better cared for. (Hey, you asked!) I have encountered some very committed employees in the Brooklyn Park store, but the selection in Maple Grove is better cared for and more extensive with different kinds of plants. As far as the service in Brooklyn Park, every employee is helpful and willing to offer assistance.

I normally shop in Maple Grove, but BP does seem to have more inventory so when in the area I do use them

Cashier was really pleasant to my daughters.

I love shopping here I know everyone and I find products I need asap
