The QuietWalk 100 sq. ft. 3 ft. x 33.3 ft. x 3 mm Underlayment with Sound and Moisture Barrier for Hardwood and Floating Floors is a great product too use for vapor barrier, noise barrier and in insulation. I used this underlayment on a concrete floor, it can be used for multiple applications such as over wood and concrete flooring.

Mr. Velarium customer service is great. Always understand the issue and help with solutions.

I bought it dirt from Home Depot for my garden and the price was great!!

My local store usually has the items I need most of the time but what keeps me coming to the store is the staff. Smiles and conscientious greetings go a long way to making a shoping experience enjoyable. My example is when on the third time seeing a young employee named Frederick, he thanked me for being a loyal customer and asked my first name and introduced himself. On each subsequent visit if I see him, he says hello and asks how I am. Small seemingly insignificant details like this are what set customer service experiences apart.

I do a lot of home renovation projects and come to this store and shop very often. I am very happy with the customer service and products availability.

I use to avoid this location because employees were unfriendly and unhelpful. Not any more! Improvement is obvious once you arrive through the front door!

Horrible service, customer service is horrible

The quality of product is minimal and the staff is unhelpful and unwilling to take a second out of their day to assist their pros that spend hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. I sent one of my team leads to pick up supplies for my job, and when he asked the manager for help, she was unwilling to set aside what she was looking at on her phone to help.
