Gotta love the fun ya can have at Home Depot. Had great conversations with staff. I wonder if they believed me when I jokingly said I was buying the Packout not for tools but my make-up from Ulta. I mean seriously the beauty box don’t compare to This quality.

I searched all over Indiana for a John Deere 120 Tractor at a Home Depot On Line. Then turned to Michigan, widened the search found a few closer to home but calling found 0 in stock. Then started looking at farther away, finally found one at Owosso then called and talked to Tim. Very helpful tried hard to get me checked out that night on the phone then they trusted me to come in on Wednesday, Drove over 150 miles to get this. Then I had the Pleasure to have Donna to cash me out and get me everything that I needed right up to loading it on my trailer

I recently received grant money for my church food pantry which I used at this home depot. I purchased 2 freezers and 6 shelving units and when the grant money wasn't enough home depot cover the rest. Thanks to Gennie and the store manger and all the staff you're all a group of awesome people.

Got a new HVAC system did a nice job with the installation and because they had some shoe marks on the floor due to the snow they even mopped up the mess

Store #2772- Caledonia Township- was very neat, clean, and well stocked...all items were available, easy to find, and in the correct locations...the employees were kind, considerate, and all very helpful to guide us and help us to get our shopping done quickly and efficiently! LOVE THIS STORE!!!❤️❤️❤️ We get lumber and hardware for self help projects... and more!

The Caledonia store has made great strides in customer service. Employees ask if you need assistance now instead of ignoring you. Wow! They were super helpful on my last 2 visits to the store. I hope this trend continues.

I just love going into my Home Depot. Everyone is always so friendly and can always answer all of my questions or help me find what I am looking for.

I bought two sump pumps, one needed immediately for an emergency basement flooding situation. This Owosso location was $74 more than what this would have cost online at other HD locations. Once I realized this, I went back to the store and they would not price match online or give me a store credit for the difference. I was forced to buy the same products online and return the originals purchased at this location. This was a major hassle but worth it for $74. I’m not sure it was worth it for this HD location as I will never shop there again.

Carla was a very pleasant person who was very helpful and I will be back for more purchases because of this. The store had exactly what I was looking for (Christmas Tree Topper)

We went in to get siding for a projected and needed 14 Sq. While ordering the employee did not mention special orders have a different pack size. So, we ordered 7boxes thinking it would have 2sq in each and it only had 1 each. Nothing was offered to fix the situation. We had to pay full price for more siding no discounts or anything offered. Complete bull crap! Don't shop there.

So impressed with the number of employees on duty and how friendly and helpful everyone was!

Jason is a phenomenal employee. We had a plumbing job that needed some figuring out. He was able to get us everything that we needed and was happy to help us. If I ever need help again I will be looking for Jason. Home Depot is lucky to have him as an employee. Thanks again Jason! You made our job easy.

Bought new washer and dryer set and Cole Fowler was very helpful and knowledable
