Did a great job with helping me get every thing i needed,,,,,,,all set up for pick up at one time,,,,,,,saved me from traveling to another town for every thing i needed,,,,,they did a outstanding job,,,,,,,

This store is not following proper safety protocol to keep patrons safe during the Covid 19 pandemic. They are allowing the store to be packed, instead of limiting the number of people, which does not allow for safe social distancing. They are not sanitizing carts or self check-out handheld price scanners and card readers. They are not requiring masks to be worn by all of their employees or by patrons in order to enter. I was told they were doing all of these things a week or so ago, but now, nothing.

Everyone I interacted with was genuinely happy to help me. Jim B. in appliances helped me buy a washer and dryer pair and price matched a competitor's price. He explained everything to me so that I knew exactly what to expect and what to do. I wish he got commission for the purchase. This store is closer to me and I will definitely go back to get other items that I need. Another employee, Donna, was also extremely helpful when I asked questions about other things. Everyone made my shopping experience a great one.

Love that the store is clean and employees are friendly and willing to help out. I also love the store keeps their stock up and I can find what I need. I love shopping at Home Depot!!!

Always have a very easy and pleasant visit at this Home Depot. Employees are great, friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry. I will always and forever shop at this hardware store as long as I live in this area.

I have been to home depot numerous times in the last few months. I received excellent service from Trina who worked in the on-line orders. She actually helped me load items in my car. On another occasion I had a list of supplies I needed and Tim was so helpful, knew where everything was and he helped rearrange my cart to make it easier to maneuver. He got me out of the store in no time. Both of these employees went above and beyond! Can't thank them enough!

The staff always go out of their way to help in anyway that they can. If you purchase a product that does not fit your needs there is never any problem returning items. Very nice place to shop with a wide range of products.

Go in the evening hours ladies, if you need real help find naomi, she goes above and beyond to help a customer. Great ideas from her and a ton of help!!

The people who work at HD are always very friendly, but the employees at this particular store are "hometown" friendly and that's why I like shopping here.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is a small store, and doesn't always have the inventory I need for every project. Store employees are very helpful, and caring.

The staff were very helpful and helped me load the special order door that I ordered. I was very happy with the special order it was just what I wanted and it fit perfectly!

I Love going to this store. I am usually approached by an Employee asking if they can help me. And when I am looking for something they are close by to help me search. I also Love taking my Grandsons to the Kids Workshops they hold every month.

Great Store, Very Friendly help

I placed an online order at my Owosso store. The ordering process was seamless, from the actual order to the pickup at the store. The item was large and on a pallet. The customer service people were terrific. Very careful, courteous and polite. I highly recommend this Home Depot.

The treated lumber is straight trash. You have to dig through it for about 20 minutes to find something decent

Employees do not know which services are provided when it comes to having someone come out and do measurements for a job. After 2 weeks of waiting for a quote and several visits to the store I was told oh sorry nevermind we cannot do that. Waste of time.

Mark in the plumbing water heater department sure does need a commendation. He is excellent, knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Not only do I agree but the people he was helping before me said the same thing about him. Made my experience easy since I had to purchase a hot water heater on my own without the knowledge of my husband. Thank you Mark!!

the store associate was sympathetic when told about my outdoor faucets, that arecno longer made, and recommended new faucets. When I told him that the faucets were sweated in and that this was a corner of a job due to space limitations, he reccommended shark bite couplers. I LOVE them! The only suggestion I have is for the associate to let customers know that there is only one way for the coupler to go on due to a check valve in the coupler

Needed some paint but didn't necessarily need Behr brand for what I need painted. The lady was very helpful with making that decision. Also needed a couple keys made. That was pleasant also.
