The younger employees are not the greatest people with helping you out with your needs

Recently, I’ve seen some great employees being hired into this store. The cashiers have been super friendly and helpful, and the department people have been quick to ask if you need help and haven’t treated women like they are lost in this store. Kudos to management. I love Carola - she’s so sweet and the women at the paint department are great, the newer girl with the dark hair and glasses is an awesome addition! Keep her please!

I’ve been in the paint department for purchases several times and have always been greeted and assisted by a friendly professional employee.

It is a very nice store but ,I wish that it was as big as the Lansing or Flint store

This store is generally very clean, the checkout personal are friendly and personable. More often than not, it is difficult to get assistance from floor staff. If you know what your looking for then chances are that they will have it. Over all, I enjoy shopping at this store. It is convenient, clean, well stocked and not far from my house.

Why does this store allow so many people to disregard the requirement to wear a face covering, and put other peoples health at risk? It would be easy enough for them to inform the customers of the policy, and if they refuse to wear a face covering, ask them to place an order online instead. They don't need to refuse service to anyone, but they don't need to allow customers health to be jeopardized either.

The store was clean and had COVID-19 protection rules and markings in place. Most staff were very friendly. The cashier wasn't as friendly as most other staff, but this wasn't too much of a concern. Overall a pleasant experience!

The Caledonia Township Home Depot offers the best customer service of any home improvement store I have been in. The shelves are always stocked with items I need and the store is slways clean.

Over all, I am very pleased with most all of my shopping experiences and visits to Home Depot especially my hometown store in Corunna Mi. It's always clean well stocked and most employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Finding some items can be a challenge without assistance.
