This particular store seems to have the most courteous and concerned employees of all the stores I shop in. I do not have a Home Depot close to me so I travel about 40 miles in any direction to get to one but this one is the best. Store is clean and well organized.

Store manager, sales and service desk associates are not knowledgeable about their products or delivery services.

I LOVE this store. I consistently receive amazing care from everyone who takes care of me. Today 5/4/2021. I walked in and Shayla took care of me !!!!!! She was professional and friendly. She took my measurements for my flooring, and the next thing I knew, Sam was loading my boxes into my car !!!!! ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!!!!! Thank you !!!!!!!!!

Amazing! The store was super clean. Chloe the cashier was so helpful and everything was fully stocked!!

People are very nice and try to assist you the best they can. Sometimes they are understaffed but that is everywhere right now. Place usually has what I need in stock and is clearly marked.

Every trip to the Home Depot store all the employees or courteous they'll ask you if you need help or if you can find everything and I enjoy shopping there for my project needs

I love this Home Depot for the amazing employees who greet you and treat you like family. I appreciate them being so kind and thanking me for my military service and making this disabled and usually disgruntled veteran feel like a a million bucks.

My Home depot always has a great selection and quality of the Lumber I need and other home repair items. I also get and offered help in finding an item or loading my vehicle.

Shaun, in the kitchen and design center was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, and helpful in the design / direction of our projects. Everything that was needed in the project was ordered at one setting.

I was a little bothered by the fact that no one from home depot could see fit to shovel the veterans parking spots, since I was there to get a snow shovel I shoveled them before I left. Thank you from an unhappy veteran.

Good store! Lots of parking, good access and they seem to stock everything adequately. I've yet to come out without the item(s) I went in for.

no They change your order with out telling you they won't credit back to your credit card they make you go to the store for credit

Confusion on delivery of snow blower. Store stated it would be delivered assembled. HD called and said I was to assemble. After waiting all day for the delivery I was notified about this information. Unacceptable. Now had to reschedule a new date and be available 6 am to 8 pm.

Emmitt in the paint department was so patient and helpful! He helped me fix a very big problem and was super understanding. I went back and bought 4 - 5 gallon buckets of what he created for me. I will definitely return!

HORRIBLE! Derry street kindly called to see if Carlisle had size blind I wanted. Carlisle did but was SO rude, they wouldn’t allow Derry street employee to finish his statement or allow us to hold item. Worst part I was willing to pay for it over phone as long as they cut it to size and then I’d come and get it. Carlisle employee in flooring just a rude ignorant individual!!

We frequent this store often and the employees are helpful and friendly. It is organized and its easy to locate items.

I would only recommend it for certain items but they have a poor selection for your electrical needs

First time at this store and I will definitely travel the extra 15 minutes to go to this store out of all the Home Depot in the area.. store was well kept and items easy to find, staff was very friendly and helpful and didn’t feel overwhelmed with long lines of from other shoppers. Employees where very knowledgeable of what was asked and was in and out with no delay..

They have great customer service and are always very helpful with our home project needs.
