There is a mask requirement but it's not enforced. Customers are not required to wear a mask and the employees masks are on their chins or not covering their noses. The next time I go into this Home Depot and see the mask requirement not enforced, I won't go back and will tell everyone I can get in touch with not to do business with a company that doesn't care about safety!

I bought a new whirlpool fridge on Friday which is defective, not a Home Depot problem I know but, they instruct me to call whirlpool which I’ve been trying to do for 2 days, gave up on hold for 97 minutes 2 more calls shortest wait time 44 min so I sent an email and received response of 3 business days for response. So here I am 4.5 days later still unable to reach a person about a service on a new appliance, I bought this in a pinch as my other fridge quit and I needed something quick, so much for that.. my only point in leaving this review is if I would have purchased from an actual appliance store I’d only have 1 number to call and I’m sure they’d respond much quicker and taken care of the problem. If WP would only answer the phone and accept the cost of having my local repair guy just fix it this would be over.

Fabulous shopping experience ordering on the phone. Spoke to two employees and both bent over backwards to help me, including calling me back to tell me the product will be delivered in two days!!!

Great store with super friendly employees who are anxious to help however needed.

The employees at this store have always been helpful and friendly, open with advice and recommendations when I am uncertain on a project. They don't always have 'in store only' products (like lumber sizes) shown on the website but they make that clear on the website when you are looking at a product. Pick-up-in-store and home delivery can save a lot of time.

The associates were all great and willing to help or answer questions.

Beware of online orders. Home Depot will be unknowingly split your order to home delivery and t will charge your credit card before they tell you about this. I was hoping to order and pick-up. If there are warnings, they are well before your cart is full and certainly not when you're paying. Spent 3 hours already trying to undo this mess and still don't have a thing for my project.

I have a lung disease. The employees (Chad)went above and beyond to help me get everything and liad it on my trailer.

We moved to this area back in December, 2019. We've been very happy with the customer service and merchandise at the Carlisle Home Depot. There are always staff members available to help find items and checkout is smooth and efficient. The store is clean and well-organized.

Cashiers and store personnel are very willing to help you out with any questions you may need answered. Store is clean and neatly displayed.

Megan was extremely helpful she also assisted me on applying for a Home depot card and getting an approval In these times it is so great to still see a friendly help face.

Great store had all the items I needed and the store was clean and neat. The employees were friendly and helpful! It was also great they have military discount!

I went in looking for a part for my lawnmower and was overwhelmed by the amount of product to choose from. An employee called for someone to help me, which showed up right away. Denny could not find anything to fit the piece which I was missing, so he made me a piece to fit. Then Luke was able to help me find the correct replacement spark plug for my lawnmower. Thank you Home Depot employees.

Had online pickup order. Home Depot employee who pulled order was extremely ignorant, rude and very unhelpful...

Denny is easily the friendliest and most helpful HD employee I have had the chance to deal with!

There is one cashier in particular that will charge extra if the piece is even 1 inch over an even foot. I do understand 6 inches +, over but she is ridiculous. So, if I buy some wood pieces, and have a 5 inch piece left, I will return it for credit. What is good for you, is good for me.

Easy to find what I am looking for and store employees are eager to help if you need assistance.

On numerous occasions I have had great customer service at this location. I like the fact that sales associates ask if they can help you and actually do help by helping you find items, helping load lumber onto your cart and load your vehicle.

The workers at this location have always been exceptionally helpful and courteous. My purchases are usually of very small items, but I have been treated like a most valuable customer. The store is easy to navigate. I have always found what I needed.

As a contractor it’s nice to get everything you need for a complete bathroom remodel at one store, THIS BE THE PLACE !!

We ordered an appliance on-line and did a store pick-up. All associates we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. When we needed help with an additional purchase, the associate we first asked wasn't sure what we wanted and she asked another associate who knew right away what we were looking for and took us right to where it was. He was very knowledgeable about the products this store carries.
