Kaishawn helped us out right away and got exactly what we needed for us

Generally, assistance within the store is good. However there is a particular employee who ALWAYS exemplifies great attitude and willingness to help (even when it's outside her particular area where she works). Her name is Wenika from the Met Team.

I will never shop at this store ever again

Went for a tool that was listed available in the HD app. None there upon arrival. Chris in tool rental went above and beyond to assist me and come up with an alternative to get me what was needed to complete my project.

I've been having some trouble finding solar lights and before walking out, by chance I happened to ask Kalista in the thruway mall home depot. She directed me to the garden where I found the perfect gift for my sister-in-law! She took the initiative to show me the options on the website too. Solid customer service, much appreciated!

Good very nice I will buy more stuff

I have noticed over the past year, a "renewal of attitude" and helpfulness at the store. I'm not quite sure what has changed other than to say a new atmosphere is present in the store. I am happy to see better wood being sold and the milling department so helpful with selecting and cutting wood for me. While you don't always have the plumbing supplies I need the assistants are more than helpful to suggest alternative solutions or to give me a different perspective to solve a plumbing problem. Thank god for the pipe threader machine! I like the online website that gives the aisle and bay number, it makes coing into the store easier to get in and back to the projects I am working on.

Employees were very friendly

We had great help at the customer service desk at the Cheektowaga location, from a very pleasant employee named Gena! Sometimes it is hard to find good help at home depot locations. I appreciated her patience dealing with our situation. We ordered a bathtub online at a discounted price and not only did it come cracked/damaged, but they sent the wrong sided tub as well. Gena stayed almost 30 minutes after her shift trying to help us locate and reorder a new one while honoring the original price we paid. Her help and calm demeanor throughout the whole ordeal was very wonderful. Thank you so much, Gena, for all of your help!

I have never experienced such poor customer service! They make an elderly couple pick and load cinder blocks! The employees are not helpful at all and frankly, not very knowledgeable!

This store is Horrible! The manager over the past few years ran this store into the ground and it effected Everything! Their products are Very seldom in stock and when they are the quality is Horrendous! I'm sure you get the point, but it Truly Is that Bad!

I bought another air conditioner for the summer last year and I wanted the same thing this year because it really works well LG 15000 BTU

Amelia at the Cheektowaga store was extremely polite and helpful while I was buy some flooring i had been struggling to purchase.

I had to exchange a box of fluorescent bulbs, Ann who first handled the transaction was very pleasant and friendly, the other staff member was very rude not customer service friendly, and had very condescending attitude ( Debbie) . All she had to say was I’m sorry about the situation and let us try to correct matters. Seems like she took it personally, it is a customer service job.

EVERYTHING IS ALL MIXED IN BINS

Customer service is non existent. I asked for help and stood 15 minutes waiting. While I was waiting, multiple employees walked by me and ignored me. No one asked if I needed help. I needed a carry out and the worker ignored me, played on his phone, and walked around for another 15 minutes before finally helping me. He didn't even offer to push the cart. Terrible service.

Store is very clean some employees are good some are not.
