The employees do not care if you looking to find items or any others help too.

For the Cheektowaga store #1228. I was very happy with Carmen at the service desk, after placing a 'pick up in store today' item I went the next day & it was still not available. I wish someone would've notified me they couldn't find it. Then the employees who were looking for it seemed like they didnt want to be bothered & was kind of disappointed in their attitudes. But again the young man(think it was Alex) who helped me load my items & Carmen at the Svc Desk were very polite & courteous.

On a recent trip to my local Home Depot I stopped in to buy a replacement knob for a drawer. When I got to the correct bin it was empty. Ok no problem I'll just ask an associate for help. The gentleman grabbed a Home Depot phone and scanned the bar code on the pull out bin and his phone said the store had 19 pieces on hand. After myself and two other associates looked at the overhead storage area, none of us found the correct products. I ended up getting the next closest match knob and installed the part when I got home. The knobs themselves are not a very good quality and I don't know where they get them from but I think they need a new source. The internal thread pull out if you pull too hard on the drawer to many times and boom you need a new knob. I still have a good opinion of Home Depot but I'll just keep that little incident in mind next time something like this happens again. Yes the store was clean and the gentleman and lady were very helpful to the best of their ability. It wasn't their fault the inventory was incorrect.

Home Depot to me is the one hundred out of a hundred. I've never had to shop anywhere else. If what you want isn't in the store they'll make sure you get what you need.

The store employees are rude and incompetent. They don’t know anything about the products sold and no one seems to work in that department that you may have a question about. The store is also dirty. Will go elsewhere from now on.

The store put wrong phone number on order and was calling a stranger with info on my order. Special order did not arrive when told and cost me time and money on remodel. Customer service and managers are not helpful at all. In fact store manager informed me they are not contractors and I should search you tube for answers to questions.

VERY rude customer service associate. Made it clear she was not happy that she had to help me with an exchange. I then asked to cash out for three small things and she scolded me and said she would help me when she was ready. Seriously???

You really need to go during the day not in the evening for proper advice. March 9th Sat morning the plumber working 9-6 Erik was extremely knowledgeable, helpful & articulate. Which was required because the night before whomever was working the plumber Dept (not Erik) gave some terrible & inaccurate information which resulted in me cutting a hole in the wall which was NOT necessary. On top of spending way more than I needed & 5 hours of work. BUT after Erik gave me the correct info it was fixed in 25Mins!

The manager Mr. AL and staff is very welcoming, have patience, very knowledgable about product and how to use them. They are very helpful and kind. Thank you for making my home depot shopping experience wonderful.
