Polite, attentive and hardworking employees

I always have a nice experience when I shop Home Depot, the employees are very helpful, just try to find one that's knowledgeable on the product your looking for.

Went in for landscape materials and the employee in the garden center displayed a positive attitude. Pointed me in the right direction.

The employee name Danielle she is very bad. The way she approach me at self checkout it was very unprofessional. She was very rude to us. She was helping the black kids without even asking her and being nice to them. While I asked her if she can help me for put my tax id. She was very rude to me and said why don't you press for help in the monitor. I never seen customer service that bas in any other Home Depot. She didn't even greet us back when we said thank you.

Rimon is a wonderful asset to your store. Always helpful, friendly and courteous at checkout.

The store in cheektowaga deal with many facets of people from all over the world, and though some are complicated they go way out of their way to be nice. And sometimes that is hard to do.

This store always has all the materials that I need for my home.

most employees need to know thatall though the public may be a pain...we pay there salary

Associates have no clue of what they are doing

Went for a color match on my Behr deck stain. The “matched” newly mixed stain was no where near the color of the original. Make sure you purchase enough the first time or remember the exact name of the one you purchased. If they color cannot be more closely matched, that service should not even be offered.
