The staff at this location knowledgeable and have always pointed me in the right direction.

The store lacks people who actually want to help you with your needs, I even seen a guy tucked away in the back of the store scrolling through tik tok. I asked someone for help finding a sign in the store and the answer I got was " I don't know, ask someone else". Unreal....

The attitudes and diva style of customer service is really off putting.

I was in the store looking for an appliance light bulb for my refrigerator. The associate by the name of Desiree was so pleasant and very helpful!!! I wish all employees we’re as pleasant and professional as she was!!! I was very impressed

I went to Home Depot to get some screws, Cashier Tricia, help me. She was on her break when I saw her and ask for help, she took 15 minutes of her lunch and help. We need more like Tricia

You can always find a staffperson to help you to find what you need because they're everywhere in the store. Also, every department has at least one person who knows that area well to help you to find what you ask for and/or make recommendations.

I really like this stores, I just bought my house and have a lot of renovations to do, I shop at this store almost every week. Some employees are very friendly and helpful. I always find everything I need for my home renovation.

Ferdina Work at the cashier desk in the returns department. I am a contractor who shops frequently at your store. Usually I over purchase supplies so that I don’t have to make as many trips in between jobs. This particular day I had some items to return, I was behind a lady who was looking to purchase a Plumbing snake. I watch how Fredina took her time and was very knowledgeable and pleasant as she navigated the lady to make a the right purchase for her job. After doing an extensive search on her store computer, she seen that they were out of stock in her store so she called around to another store to make sure that the merchandise was on hand and it was. Not only was the customer happy but I was happy to see her do such a wonderful job. I was standing behind their customer in the line hoping that she would be my cashier, and she was. Fredina was just as patient and knowledgeable about My transaction as she was with the prior customer, I only wish that I could have this experienice every time, nevertheless I really appreciate the courtesy and professionalism Fredina keep up the good work you make Home Depot a quality store to shop at.

Always pleased with Home Depot

I recently had a great visit to the Cheltenham store. There seems to be a different vibe. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

After ordering carpet for my home a month ago, this Home Depot could not satisfy my purchase/order and caused me great inconvenience. It is understood that things can delay execution of an order; however, there should never be an inconsideration for my time and an offer of disrespect to me, the customer . I won’t do any large purchases at this HD again. Done!

I wanted to purchase a drill. There was not a store employee working in the Hardware section. I had this person called several times and never showed up. I had to ask a cashier to help. Later I found that the store is short on staff. Well in that case, there should be a floor manager walking around to assist where there is a shortage of staff.

This is a beautiful and needed resource for the community please refresh the signage on the outside, sweep and clean up the parking lot, and put more lights out in the front and back.

The manager Marcus was very disrespectful and rude.

Had an issue with a return and was accommodated fairly

While unfortunately I generally tend to avoid shopping Store # 4109 as it often proves to be a disappointment. I will happily admit the times that I am in need of a specialist I have NOT been disappointed. I recently had an appointment with the K&B Designer (Tara). AWESOME!!! I am excited to have found an associate of her caliber at this store whom I can discuss projects & get the support I have found in other Home Depot Stores. She was friendly, knowledgeable and provided us with excellent customer service!

This is a great store, busy at times, but just as diverse as the township it resides in. Store associates are helpful most of the time, there are rarely any discounts available due to the high traffic, but generally the store is orderly and busy.

Had the worst experience with a pro- desk cashier who would not listen or better yet don’t want to understand. Rude, lack of professionalism to deal with customer. Even the the supervisor was rude and won’t listen. Had to reach to an assistant manager that would listen and understand that both employees were wrong. I don’t like to wish bad to know one but when you accept employment one should follow the company guide lines and respect the company hard work to gain customer. These two employees should be reprimanded, discipline put on review for their bad attitude.

The Cheltenham Home Depot is very well stocked and conveniently located for many zip-codes.

I was looking for a certain type of specialty battery and was not at all sure of what I needed. The store person was so helpful and patient and courteous.

This store is always well stocked and orderly. Lots of new and unexpected products too. They have the best sales and specials during Holidays of houseware items and decor items. They always surprise me!

Always helpful ladies at the pro desk ! Always excellent service at check out! Maya and the pro desk ladies are consistently on point!

Doing my shopping visit all the staff was friendly a manager took the time to show me the product I needed for purchase

If this was the only Home Depot you ever experienced you would not shop at the chain. I have never had a good experience here. Staff treats customers as if they are a burden,

I had a receipt and the manual for the product I was returning to show it was under warranty. The cashier accused me of trying to deceive her by bringing in an old product as was not interested in doing her job to get my full refund. I had to get a manager involved so I could get my full refund. The woman said she didn't know how to process the full refund even though she had been there 10 years. This is a reflection on the management - untrained and rude employees running the customer service.

I've been in many home Depot. This has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Not all but most of the employees hide from work, won't direct you to a product. The customer service department is the slowest I have ever seen. They hang around behind the desk and when they feel like it they walk over to help you
