Where has customer service gone? Employees having very loud conversations and using bad language, cashiers who are holding frivolous conversations about when they should or should not get a break or when they're going home while customers are waiting in line, this is what I've experience at this home depot. This home depot needs a new manager. The employees are a reflection of management and if this is what management looks like someone needs to overhaul the whole store.

Very unprofessional at th uh s location!

Atbthe height of the pandemic there were sanitizing stations everywhere. The mask mandate is gone but we are still in a pandemic. Why are the alcohol wipes gone? Keeping the sanitizing stations helps to keep germs from spreading.

Very nice staff always helpful. They all deserve raises because even early in the morning they’re so helpful and funny.

People here seem to run to keep from helping you. More help is needed in the garden center. They never seem to know where anything is located and sure don't seem concerned enough to help you find anything. And you can wait 15 minutes to get help loading your car. Customer service is really lacking.

Very nice store but be careful when checking out. I was charged for 3 pieces of playwood after clearly telling the cash register it was two pieces.

Mr. Bruce Mines is the best! You must talk to him if you want to buy carpets!

This store is heavily used but the employees have been exceptionally helpful - helping me pull down items from upper shelves even though they are clearly already multitasking. The store is not that clean but the employees are what makes this store shine and stand out. I shop elsewhere too, but this is my closest big box home improvement store and I'm always pleasantly surprised at the good experience and success I have in getting what I need.

This store has an entire staff that is Customer Friendly. Welcomes you into store and gives you a have a great day greeting. Everything is easy to locate. It was a pleasure shopping at this location.

This particular store is always in disarray. Merchandise is hard to find or out of stock. Store associates are never available, hard to find or unfamiliar with the department they are working in. The check out lines are ALWAYS long and move slow.

The Cheltenham Home Depot has several people that been there a long time. This makes it so friendly because the associate s know many of the customers....that makes it friendly !! Tbe Head Cashier Jasmine W is very knowledgeable of the store ! She also can expedite long lines through the register quickly Most associates work very hard !! You have to in a hard shopped store like Cheltenham !! Thank you ALL

Store was well stocked with lawn equipment which was what I wanted. Staff were helpful as always and I found what I wanted and checked out quickly.

If you need something from Home Depot, go to one of the suburban stores where the aisles are passable and advertised quantities on hand are actually available, or order for home delivery.

Welcome to one of the dirtiest Home Depot on the east coast

The store's okay at times sometimes it's very chaotic up in that store you can't find nobody to help you most of the time but on normal time is not real busy it seems to be okay you have to stand and watch this place man it's crazy

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I was provided at the Cheltenham Home Depot. The customer service representative working in the lumber department was more than helpful and professional. He effortlessly preformed his job and assisted me in getting the material I needed to complete my project. I will never forget how help this customer service representative was. I say this because it is so hard to find young adults who perform their jobs on a professional level. I commend this employee as will as the Cheltenham Home Depot. Thank you for making my shopping experience a great one.

I don't know most of the time when you looking for somebody to help you can't find nobody to help they call for somebody to help you got to wait 10-15 minutes of somebody to come help very disgusting

This is a very busy location, but every section is always neat, clean, and thoroughly labeled. It's also always very easy to find a respectful, kind employee when I need help finding a product or need a recommendation among many brands.

Clean store, very pleasant rapport with home depot associates. Any questions I asked, associates were very knowledgeable and courteous.

There are five associates in this whole store that would be willing to help you a lady in Garden dept one tall guy in Ele one over work guy in plumbing a young guy that help you put supplies in the car but I must say the paint dept is the best and everyone else could care less if you find what you need or not and please don’t ever want to get something cut that ain’t gonna happen the machine is always broke until tomorrow

Only issue I had was with Betty at self check out , she sent me to a register when I was next in line at self check out causing my wait to be longer than it had to be. However , the cashier with the cool hats rang me up and was very pleasant as always.

I love the Home Depot on Washington Lane in Cheltenham PA , LOVE, LOVE ,LOVE IT !!! They always have whatever I'm looking for.
