I love shopping for tools and your store generally have what I’m looking for, the prices are very reasonable compared to other retail stores dealing with products like what you offer, I feel like a kid when I’m in the tool section, I actually took a friend there last night to get somethings and what I showed him, he had to get one for himself. You’re Elgar better then your competitors Lowe’s . Keeping doing what you are and I’ll. Keep spending my hard earned money.

your proucts were available the store was clean the customer service was informative and curtious the store was very helpful to our needs.

I Always get the assistance I need for home projects. Associates are usually very knowledgeable, or will direct you to someone else who can help.

My last visit was a worthwhile one, the staff was knowledgeable and he loved his job. I will definitely go back to him for assistance any day.

The staff at this store is always lazy and rude. Cashier asked how much is the item I'm buying and length. Items that are in stock for base boards are damaged. This was an emergency stop. I rather and do travel miles to other stores vs going to this store that is closer to my home. The hiring process needs to be like at other stores or making sure employees are pleasant and want to work. Have a good work ethic.

Our cashier , Jennita, was very pleasant and helpful.

Many employees not wearing masks although store policy is everyone to wear masks. Complete disregard for the health of their customers and each other

Placed an online order. Worst experience. The shipment delivery date was delayed several times. I thought the nightmare was over when the order was finally delivered. Found out the item was to large and had to be returned. Bad experience got worse when dealing with customer service desk. Enough is enough. I will be spending my $$$ elsewhere....

Went to this location to purchase a $400 tool. The tool area had zero staff, and it took 25 minutes before we could find an associate from another departments who was willing to unlock the cabinet. Shop somewhere else.

Customer service is not a pleasure to greet. I firmly believe that HOME DEPOT should revisit how your employees are trained and how they are to interact with the public.

Employees and customer service personnel are very friendly and willing to help.

Store is nice.. i would like if they can a better inventory. Sometimes im looking for something and they don’t have it.

The store was chaotic, appeared to be mismanaged, and in need of some serious organization and management. There were so many employees walking around and passing me by, who didn’t appear to be responsible for anything, and didn’t appear to care whether they could help me or not. I honestly approached four separate employees to assist me with mini-blinds who expressed to me “this is not my aisle” one attempted to call for assistance. However no one ever showed up and this was 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon on a Monday. I lost over two hours of work trying to get some service in that store. I asked and individual to contact a manager for me and he told me “he didn’t know where the manager was at!” So many empty disorganized shelves with plenty of stock up top in boxes. Unable to find anyone with a ladder to get the stock from the top shelf. Was told I wasn’t allowed to climb the latter myself to get what I needed. Was told to wait for assistance that never showed up. What a shame!!!!

The store was very clean and all associates was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

There is an employee who works in the area where lawn care products are located who always offers his assistance whenever he sees me or anyone else looking for anything to do with lawn care. This morning while debating what product do get, he shares information that resulted in me getting exactly what I needed. My only regret is that I failed to get his name. Excellent customer service! Thank you.

Worst experience at a Home Depot. Dirty location. Employees not wearing masks. Employees on phones and cursing while working. Failed on curbside pick up. Product given with ripped and damaged box. No attempt at customer service. Avoid for your safety

The store is putting used items back on the shelves and selling them as if they are new. I purchased a microwave that was obviously previously purchased I got it home opened it it wasn't secure with styrofoam, it wasn't in the plastic the glass plate was just sitting in the box, there were hand prints all over the microwave. The wasn't even an owner's manual in the box. This should've been an opened box item. This was very deceptive on the part of Home Depot.

My visit at the Home depot during the covid 19 was a save experience, they made sure they only let a certain amount of people in.

I love Home Depot even though they were all out of wall paper paste I still love you home depot, just get some wall paper paste Ok LOL

If you ever need a kitchen & bath design consultant make sure you ask for TOM PERNA!! He was well versed in the products his department offered as well as the store in general. The store was fairly clean, amazing associates, and easily accessible products.
