Generally a nice store with helpful cashiers. The customer return desk people, which there were two extra people behind the desk area, need to get some customer service training. They showed no interest in the people standing in front of the fest area and wanting help. They walked by all three of us customers in line but never acknowledged any of us and walked behind the counter a few times to move empty carts, but still no greeting. I decided to leave without service or help. Manager needs to help them w/ training or fire them if they do not get it figured out. Everyone else was great. Thanks to the other employees who get it.

Great place to buy to make your home very comfortable !

In visiting the store, the associates were helpful and felt they did everything possible in helping customers.

Bill, Donya and Brandy really helped to get my phone order completed. They made sure to find the LG washing machine I wanted and the earliest available delivery date. They worked together to overcome some computer issues and got the job done!

Trying to enter the “Did we nail it?” Sweepstake.... Was the most difficult process! Give me a hammer!!

They still have the robot self-check out stations and usually, that is the only way to check out. Don’t buy anything that has to be measured, weighed, or packed on the way out. Bar code items for the robot machines, only

I just bought a fixer-upper in Westerville, OH and need lots of materials to fix it up! The folks at Home Depot on Cleveland Avenue have been MOST helpful in finding the things I need and suggesting ways to remedy my problems. Most of them are small problems but it means a lot to me to fix them and call this MY home!

As a DIY'er I rely on the expertise of the staff at Home Depot. I just bought a fixer-upper and need a lot of advice on how to make it mine. The staff at the Home Depot on Cleveland Ave was most helpful. I got a Home Depot credit card and plan to use it often for my "construction" and cleaning-up needs. This will be my COVID project and keep me home working and out of trouble!

I went in not really knowing what I needed to buy and Juliette spent over an hour with me helping me decide on the products I needed - shower door kit, faucet, hand held faucet, sink. She scanned each item and read the reviews. I have never had to buy all this before and I was lost but she helped me "find my way"!!

Multiple people not wearing a mask. Shame on you home depot. Do better.

All the employees were friendly and helpful. If I lived closer to this location I would get all my home repair items here!

If you need help in matching paint go see Justin in paint. He is awesome. He has matched a sample that others including Lowe’s and sherwin Williams could not match. In fact twice he has done great matches for me

Helpful peoples there

AJ is the worst home depot store manager. Talks down to customers and is Not a solutions driven type of manager. We had a huge order for doors 30 plus doors. 1st I was told to pull myself because hd is a warehouse. Wow talk about safety concerns... 2nd mill/door department said they would pull and call when done. Nope AJ stopped that. Only store that had the amount of doors we needed or we wouldn't of even went there. Store managers reputation is well earned. Just ask other home depots.

Would not recommend this store today (9/7/20). Items I needed were not where the text message/web site said they're supposed to be... Staff actually turned away from customers, rather than helping. Cashier unfriendly, not willing to try to solve a problem. [[This is abnormal behavior for this store. Are they upset cuz they're working on a holiday??]]

I took on the project of installing a KOHLER toilet at my home. Thanks to Home Depot Plumbing Dept., Pete and all his help, the project was a success! To assure I was doing the install properly I made phone calls to KOHLER Company and Pete. In the end my common sense and Pete’s plumbing experience is why the job went very well vs NOT so confident following KHOLER’s phone support! Home Depot you’re fortunate to have Pete @ the Cleveland Ave Store on your staff he was Patient, Knowledgeable and Professional. David

With the help of an EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE (Pat Zimmer) my blind friend and I were able to locate what she needed--a microwave oven that would work for a blind person. Pat's assistance, patience and caring attitude made for a very positive visit to this particular Home Depot. Besides Pat, the check-out clerk (John) was also patient and helpful. The store was clean, well-stocked and easy to move around in. Associates were all wearing masks so we were very comfortable, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Everyone was so nice. I was greeted and helped right away. They wheeled my box and loaded it for me i didn't even have to touch it. The time i spent here was very pleasant experience.

Store does not stock 1" copper fittings. Other stores do. This store actually had an attended checkout lane with a person who appeared to care. Hamilton road store never has attended checkout lane and sanitation of scanners/point of sale is non exstent
