My "go to" Hardware Store.

Every employee I spoke to was so friendly. I am also pleased because it sounds like the homedepot is increasing compensation for employees right now. People need money, and not a thank you commercial, like many large corporations are doing. The homedepot is where I go! It was so nice to talk to people during this time.

The store was clean and organized and the products were easy to find but i didn't find more colors of windows blinds especially the brown color which i was looking for, the associates were friendly especially in the carpet section they helped to get what i need

Prices are a bit higher than other home improvement stores I've visited, but I would shop there again because MOST of the time they have what I'm looking for.

I had to ask a question of the first person I saw and she was kind, courteous and professional. When I checked out Jodie helped me with a battery I had selected (3V) and she, also was kind, courteous and professional. I will definitely be returning, as I have in the past, to this Home Depot.

I don't normally shop this location and found it to be clean, well stocked with professional associates. I found what I needed, got paint samples mixed and out the door to my new project. This is exactly what I have come to expect from the Home Depot. Keep up the good work and thank you!

I shop this store ALL the time due to convience. Typically I can walk in and find what I want. I had issue many times thoughtout the store with items in-stock, but not on the shelves due to items not being stocked properly. Recently the electrical department specifically has been a disappointment. 1.) Basic simple items.... device plates for instance, specifically were not on the shelves. I've had to find someone numerous times due to the shelved not being stocked in a timely manner. My most recent gripe is simple.... while pricing a job, it showed a product I needed had (11) in-stock. When I arrived minutes later to purchase, none were to be found on the shelves or above. I had to hunt down an associate, in the plumbing area (yes, no where near the electrical dept), to confirm that there were in fact ZERO in the store. This ended up costing me time and money. 2.) I would like to know why the large isle going to the back thru the electrical area is ALWAYS full of items that appear need to still be stocked. Often I find it difficult to navigate and actually reach the items I want to look at/purchase. I have left the store before w/o buying what I needed due to the frustration of this. The few days BEFORE Black Friday were HORRIBLE for this.

I've shopped at this store for years. I remember when it was a empty field. So, years ago this store had a real nice guy working in the electrical department. His wife was attended a Lutheran Cemetery in Bexley, Ohio and after graduation they moved to Rockford, Illinois, but I digress. Anyway, I'm in the john standing at the urinal, and Andy, the employee came in too, and took the urinal next to me. Then in walked the store manager. I feigned not knowing that I knew this, and spoke to Andy, " Andy, you are such a great guy. You really are helpful. The people running this store should know this, and give you a raise." Andy was a little embarrassed, but he got my joke. Don't know if he ever got a raise.
