I love this store because there is always someone to help! When I have electrical questions, the person in the electrical department is usually a retired craft person who knows what I need and can help me! Excellent employees make this store a 5 star store.

The rental center associate today might've been the most frustrating and rude individual I've ever interacted with in my life. Not sure what his problem was - I asked a few questions upon returning a truck rental and I was absolutely berated for asking him to clarify a policy that another associated had told me conflicting information about. Never renting here again, and considering never returning again.

Joe D. in the appliance dept. is very knowledgeable and very customer-centric. Answered all my questions concerning microwaves and the different features. He was very friendly and followed up with the manufacturer on a detail that was unclear on their spec sheet. He called me the next day to tell me their answer and to ensure I got the product I needed.

Every interaction we have had with an employee at this Home Depot has been excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Questions always answered and often the associate leads us to the item we are seeking. Stock is always good and checkout is always easy.

Great service with a difficult purchase and pick up. Wouldn't have happened without employees going beyond what could be expected.

It's great that the Concord home depot has free masks and hand sanitizer when you enter.

We came in on 8/12 and picked out flooring and had them put on a skid and hold for us until Sat 8/15. We PAID IN FULL and when we arrived to pick up instead of have the 28 boxes we paid for they only had 10. We are doing a home renovation and needed this flooring before any other work could be done. Your staff had no idea what had happened to the other 18 boxes of tile but needless to say they refunded us our money and left very disappointed in Home Depot. Also,we had planned on purchasing Appliances that day but instead we left frustrated and angry and went to your competitor and spent over $8,000. In this economy you can't afford to make a mistake like this! You need to verse your employees on the simple things like making sure you don't sell someone somebody else stuff that has been put aside and paid for. Sorry to say the only thing I will purchase in the future will be your outdoor garden items.

This store is easy in/out. No crowds. Use the self checkouts. Most of the young cashiers are unfriendly/ don't really want to be there. Do yourself a favor. Avoid the drama, use the self checkout.

Hazel B was the employee that helped me at check out. She was awesome and pleasure to interact with! She was up beat and friendly, definitely helped up a smile on my face. She made shopping there very enjoyable in these difficult times we are all living in!

Store was clean. Products I needed were where the should be. Safety measures were good. Our cashier A.C was great.

The Glen Mills Location is by far, the nicest store of all Home Depot's that I have been to. Nassa is in charge of the Garden Department. He absolutely made my day! I could tell he was busy, but he stopped what he was doing to guide me and help me load my cart and car. What a great guy! Home Depot, you are beyond lucky to have Nassa on your staff!!!

Really like this store...always seem to have what I need no matter what the project is, AND have items that give me solutions to other projects. Associates are always helpful and friendly...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER: Watch as you enter this store there is an employee named " DEB" she is the worst !!!!! VERY DISRESPECTFUL . She definitely should " NOT" be in a customer service nor at the front door .

I needed 15 keys cut and an associate named Al helped me and was kind and cordial while he helped me with what I needed. We had a nice conversation while he had this tedious task and it made my day!

Efficient checkout and help loading up construction materials. Decent quality cedar wood for decking.
