THE ITEMS WERE AVAILABLE AND MATCHED QTY FROM THE INTERNET. THE ISLE WAS EASILY LOCATED AND PRICE WAS GREAT FOR WHAT I PURCHASED. WE WON'T BE GOING BACK ONLY BECAUSE THE STORE ISN'T CLOSE TO OUR HOUSE. WE NEEDED A SPECIALTY ITEM FOR OUR TRIP AND WAS ABLE TO LOCATE WHAT WE NEEDED AND PURCHASED THE ITEMS DUE TO A GREAT PRICE!

Friendly knowledgeable and professional employees clean and well stocked besides being close and convenient

I’ve worked and shopped at multiple Home Depot locations. The Covington Home Depot is definitely the best. It’s easy to shop, clean, safe and every time I’m in I get the best customer service. I come in with my dad a lot and he tends to have a lot of questions about the products. Associates have always been very patient with him and have answered his questions honestly to the best of their ability.

The store is easy to get to and generally has everything I need. An employee when out of her way today to help me find a saw blade that was not on the shelf! I was very impressed with her eagerness to help me even though it wasn't her dept.

Always enjoy shopping here.

I will never understand why the aisles are seen as another place to stack and display stuff. Some are impossible to get through if a cart is coming. I needed help and could not find a employee who knew anything about the plumbing area. This store is my only convenient choice.

One of the best Home Depot's I've ever shopped in. Everyone is kind, helpful & knowledgable. Clean & well stocked. Excellent holiday/seasonal decoration selection & garden department variety.

The employees at this store are great and helpful however there are never enough of them. I am always helped and able to get what I need, as long as I am willing to wait a substantial amount of time. The store almost always has only 1 checker which makes it infuriating to try and get in and out effectively. Lately the store has been a bit chaotic, it just seems like they don’t have enough people to stock everything, clean everything and help everyone. I have been shopping here since it opened and will continue too through it’s ups and downs

I am always offered help within a few minutes of entering this store.

Two days in a row with ZERO check stands open and lines in the self checkout area (which I HATE using, I don't work here, I don't have a hand scanner for heavy items, and I am paying full price to do the main task I am paying for). Not to mention rude, mouthy employees (there are a few good ones, but this location needs better training, outside of lumber and the pro desk folks, they are great) Get it together, Covington H.D.

Great store. Easy to work with associates and sales people. Only reason I have for "not coming back to this store" is because we are moving out of the area. Still an excellent store!

Great customer service although at times their lacking help in some dept. Appliances and lighting. Store is always clean but aisles are sometimes narrow because lack of space when big sales. 90% of the time the store has the items I need.

Jerome helped me get the right door knob and keyed it to my original key- so grateful to him and for this service!

Have always gotten professional help with any items I am looking for and unable to locate them, Today I was in the lumber department and was looking for someone to cut a board for me. I asked the cashier Megan if she could guide me in the direction to talk to someone on cutting a board for me. She not only helped me she called someone up to assist me. I just had to stand there and wait for them to arrive which was really quick. Megan went above an beyond her position she was in at that moment and didn't just point and send me off to find someone. Thank you so much Megan for taking care of me today!!!! Very professional and caring employee!!!!!!!!

Requested assistance in getting a wheelbarrow as they have them cablechained together and I wanted to look at 2 models to determine which one to buy. Very helpful cashier contacted someone in management who informed them that if I didn’t know which specific one I wanted to get then they would not be able to help me.

I have visited several Home Depot stores but this was my first visit to this particular store. The experience throughout my shopping was exceptional from customer service to purchase. I was shocked!! Hope this wasn't an isolated incident. Will shop here again, definitely.

Home Depot in Covington, Washington has excellent inventory and fantastic customer service. They always put the customer first and make every effort to help you find the products you need and with any problems or questions you may have. I highly recommend this store!
