This store is always really busy but the employees were very helpful and professional.

You can find everything at the store

Go to ANY other Home Depot. The customer service in this store is consistently horrible. Only go when you know exactly what you want and exactly where it is located in the store. Do not expect any help. Instead, go to Brookwood if you can, they like customers in that store.

Love this store! It is always a wonderful visit no matter what we are shopping for. It is clean and the employees are always helpful!

Great shopping experience. the associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. The store was very clean, everything in order. I wish all stores could attain the high standards of Home Depot.

I received excellent service from 5 different department employees on a long list of items I needed to shop for & buy at Home Depot on a Friday night excursion for the home that we purchased. They were friendly, helpful, informative & all went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied & got everything that I needed. I highly recommend shopping at the Cumming Home Depot store!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - SYSTEM is seriously broken. Employees are great people but have no clue on how to handle online system orders. Order numbers do not match from online to store - who ever designed their online ordering system did a horrible job. Employees in the store are awesome and helpful people.

This store is very clean & orderly; additionally, the employees are SUPER helpful. I walked in & asked a male employee (name unknown) where do I get keys made & he not only directed me to the hardware isle, but called ahead to let them know I was coming. Furthermore, last year the store manager allowed one of my Scouters to place a container in the store for the collection of old/tattered American flags for the proper flag retirement ceremonies. During the winter season, the employees assist my Cub Scouts in getting their Pinewood Derby cars ready for racing. I feel this store & its employees are very civic minded. Please, keep up the good work.

Nice well furnished store. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Especially Al and Jackie in Appliances, they are special. I would gladly return and buy items in this store just for the prices and great people.

I enjoy shopping at the Marketplace Blvd., Cumming, Georgia. I always find what I need. The sales associates are so very congenial, and always helpful. They even assist you in whatever project you are working on and offer ideas and recommendations. They are extremely knowledgeable. I am always approached and asked if I require assistance. I love that I can find a sales associate when I need them. Kudos to your excellent team of sales associates!

Everything is easy to find and the employees are always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need before you leave the store.

Being new in town I found Jackie Brebner in the Appliances department very informative and gave excellent service to me. I would recommend her and her associates to anyone that needed a large appliance.

So I do not typically write reviews. If I do it is because of bad service. HOWEVER, in this case I have to say I LOVE going to this home depot. The people are always nice, extremely knowledgeable and all are rock-stars. I went in to by a Tool Box Combo set today. Laura and the associates that helped her were AWESOME. Complete white glove service as they had to get a forklift and block aisles and get a 600LB tool chest from the top shelf. The entire experience was phenomenal! It started off at customer service and Laura owned the entire sale from beginning to end. She coordinated a lot of moving parts for me, and I am not a regular there. She did it because this store hires great people and the people they hire care about the customers. KUDOS to you and your employees.

On this our first visit to the cumming store, we found what we were looking for easily. We found available assistance to help when necessary. The store looked like a new store, clean and neat. All employees that we saw wanted to know if we needed their help.

Worse store to shop in. You can never find a person to help you and finding someone is rare. Lowe's is so much better in customer service which is right across the street.

All employees are so helpful! Clean store and quick check out.

This Home Depot has by far the best employees hands down! Whoever is doing the hiring for the cumming store keep doing what you are doing!
