This place sucks. No cashiers. Self checkout only.

We’ve been in many Home Depot’s. This is the friendliest, most organized, neatest store we’ve ever been in!

You have helpful associates. I had a plumbing issue with some supply lines and both your return cashier and plumbing associate on Saturday afternoon were very helpful.

I always enjoy going to Home Depot, as the service at this particular store is always "stellar". I always receive a warm welcome, and associates approaching me and asking what my needs are and how they can help me. On checkout, I am always asked if Home Depot has met my expectations and have I found what I needed. Kudos to your Home Depot, Cumming, Georgia management and associates!

Inventory levels at this store are consistently inaccurate. It will say they have large quantities of a product on-line, and when you arrive to make your purchase they have none. One thing that is consistent is the fact that this inventory problem is in all departments, not just one!

Your customer service is impeccable

Store is well equipped and well stocked. Staffs are prompt and willing to help. I'm into 'DIY' mode lately and have done well with my projects. Thanks to all your employees' willingness to answer many of my questions without hesitations.

Danny helped me find a solar flag light that I would never have found without his help. Danny was courteous, patient, and extremely helpful!! He is a great credit to your store.

Associates are always helpful

There is always some one to help me find out what I want. That saves my time.

Store didn't have everything to complete a very small roofing job. I was sold an alternative product for the ridgevent that i didn't use because i found what I wanted at the Alpharetta store. After i was told it was unavailable by the pro desk. This is the point I got angry.

WE FREQUENT THIS STORE QUITE OFTEN TO BUY TOOLS, PAINT, WOOD, ETC. EVERYONE IS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE.

I was greeted at the door, directed to the right aisle, later put in touch with a qualified and friendly associate who helped troubleshoot my problem, then given excellent help at checkout. A+!

As usual this store carried most everything I needed. The only thing I could not purchase was some vinyl siding corner trim that they do not carry in stock.

I love this Home Depot. I can always find what I'm looking for and If I can't, there is a great team to help me. Everyone is always so knowledgeable and able to provide products for the projects I am working on.

The people at the paint department were very knowledgeable and the cashier, Leena was awesome!

Not interesting in wearing a mask to patronize your store. The store is great... and I'll return when you get rid of your silly mandate on customers... if you wish for your employees to wear them... that's your business... but I'll be voting with my dollars until you've changed policy and shop elsewhere.

I had a great experience yesterday at the Cumming location. Nate went out of his way to find what I was looking for and put it aside. It was a great experience.
