I have always been well pleased when I shop there

We ordered vinyl flooring. When it came in it was damaged. The service desk just canceled the order and credited our credit card. Danny tried to explain that all they needed to do was reorder the flooring. We had to wait almost 3 hours before Danny could reorder the flooring, because he was covering the paint department. Then we had to wait another hour to get the flooring paid for at the service desk. We had planned on putting the floor down this weekend, but no one would work with us on getting the flooring here sooner. We were very disappointed.

I recommend shopping here. Associates friendly, items needed were available, clean store.

The employees at home Depot are so helpful and friendly and they always have what I need in stock. I would recommend the home Depot over any other home improvement store .

IT WAS EASY TO SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS I NEED AT THE PRO DESK

I have filed many complaints with rude , arrogant and incompetent customer service employees. Management refuses to do anything with a couple of problem employees.

SHOP HOME DEPOT YOU WILL LIKE THE STORE AND THE STAFF.

I had a very good experience with the employees especially Roni. I feel she went above and beyond. Made me feel like a friend not a customer.

The store was clean (bathroom was clean as well big plus) as for the products many of them were organized and put well together. After spending 4 hrs of shopping all employees at the location are super sweet and generous, very helpful. We were lucky enough to have Lerona Luí Help us through out our check out experience. I will definitely go back to store #8954. Thank you Lerona Luí and there was two other employees that helped with the load.

This store has the best selection of houseplants.

Employee's are helpful and efficient. Bathrooms are clean! Store is well stocked.

i have 2 american express cards and a visa platinum card.my payment history has been 100% for three years in a row.i have applied numerous times for your credit card and had some lame excuses.my credit score is 680. i have wanted a card from home depot for a year now.i wrote american express and explained the same scenario to them.i received a 2nd card within three days.what seems to be lacking on your end.curious daily shopper.

My fav store. although it is getting harder and harder to get someone to help you out these days there. I stood there waiting while one guy was on his phone only for him to run off and help someone else and the head cashier with the long brown hair is rude and shouldnt be working with the public with a mouth like that.

Jamie in millworks was great help, I would return to the store just because of his professional performance.

You're store's floor plan conforms with other Home Depot floor plans, so when at my Home Depot, it's like shopping at other Home Depot's in GA

The cashier and costumer service are always nice and friendly. In some places you cannot find any help at all poor help throughout most of the store
