The store is conveniently located for my shopping. It’s always well stocked with friendly helpful employees. However, the shining star is Lerona. She is enthusiastic, acts as if she truly wants to help you and makes going to the store a pleasure.

The store was well stocked and displays were very convenient to the shoppers. The associate that assisted me, whose name was Jada was very courteous, helpful and willing to assist me with the help I needed.

Good service

I went to the store in Dublin for some very basic items, and spent over 30 minutes trying to find them. All kinds of employees around but no one ever asked if I could use some assistance. No checkout registers open, but yet there must have been 10 employees up front having a blast. One customer using a self checkout machine had his asking for "customer assistance," but no one came, he just left. I went to the return desk and the lady there, Valerie, helped me check out. She was very pleasant, but I was still upset because customers did not come first in this store.

I believe that the Dublin Homedepot is one of the best stores there is. Their employees are the best, they are so helpful and kind. If you need a Homedepot to shop at just come to Dublin, Georgia.

Generally has products that I need. Could use more knowledgeable professionals and not just sales people.

I mainly like the tool selection. From the moment you walk into the store every employee that comes within eye sight is willing to help.

I like this store. It is clean and well stocked. Employees are usually quick to greet and offer help.

Associates are friendly but hard to find. Need more

Store is ok if you do not need assistance. We spent 2 hours trying to purchase a dryer. They could not find what was in stock, didn't know what was in stock, told us one thing then changed it. Honestly spent 2 hours in the store to purchase a dryer we picked out in the first 10 minutes we were there. Salesperson was very, very slow and not knowledgeable at all. Will go somewhere else for next purchase.

I HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE AND HAVEN'T BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH MY PURCHASE, THE ITEM OR THE SALES ASSOCIATE. RONI WAS AN ASSOCIATE IN THE APPLIANCE DEPARTMENT AND SHE LISTENED TO ME FULLY TO GET ME WHAT I WANTED AND MADE SURE I WAS AWARE OF ANY AND ALL COST RELATED TO THIS PURCHASE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MY LOCAL HOME DEPOT SOLELY BASED ON THIS VISIT. THE ONLY NEGATIVE I HAVE IS MOST OF THEIR EMPLOYEE'S NEED TO BE MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS AND FOCUS ON THEIR JOBS AND NOT CHAT SESSIONS WITH OTHER EMPLOYEE'S.

Very friendly associates very willing to assist or help

The Dublin Store is a good place to shop for all kinds of things. Today I shopped on line and picked out the dishwasher I wanted then called the store and purchased it on the telephone. Easy Peasy No problems and no traffic to fight or lines to wait in.

The Dublin Georgia store is always stocked with the products cleaned and very very friendly and helpful employees even need manager I will recommend this door to anybody my friends family anybody this is such a great store

The restrooms are always clean the store is always clean and need in each and every employee even the manager runs that store respective and sincerely dedicates their time to the job

While the lady in the kitchen cabinet area was extremely helpful we waited 30 minutes for someone to help load the cabinet... I asked 7 employees in the store to find someone to help us... FINALLY a CUSTOMER stopped and helped us...THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE !!

I have been shopping at this store for years. Within the past couple of years, I have found that the employees are much more friendly and helpful. They are usually smiling and happy to help if I need assistance. Twice in the last two weeks I have been in to get some items that are very heavy. Employees were very happy to help me load the items into my cart, and one even offered to go with me to the checkout and then to my vehicle to load the items into my vehicle for me. I appreciate that kind of service!

we recently visited your store in Dublin GA to get items to baby proof our daughter and son in laws apartment and were treated amazingly, you staff is very nice and helpful. What a great store

We like to shop at Dublin Home Depot because the experience is usually a good one. Associates are very helpful, friendly, and seem to know their products. We also like shopping in stores that are clean and well stocked. I believe this store meets those qualities.
