I was looking for certain types of screws to hang shutters in to mason. Gary helped me and actually corrected what I was planning to buy and informed me what to actually buy.

These bulbs provide exceptionally bright, color-enhancing light. At 1155 Lumens, these bulbs bring out the brilliant colors on the screen of my desktop computer and everything else on my desk. I cannot recommend these bulbs enough!

The store is conveniently located have everything I could possibly need for all my projects, the store was well organized and signage was clear. Associates, were friendly and knowledgeable, and quick to offer assistance.

having an issue with I.D. Me; which i think Home Depot should get rid of and go back to having the veteran show an identification card instead. Ms. Allen at the cash register was able to accommodate me which is always appreciated

Luis was very helpful, he was patient and cut my PVC pipes perfectly.

The cashier needs to be fired for not helping me during my purchase. She was talking to another person the entire time and "checking" me out. She was beyond disrespectful to me and needs to be held accountable and fired. The staff in general are lazy at this store and not helpful at all.

I went in for plumbing supplies and water softener pellets. The plumbing aisles were clean. Clear and well stocked. After getting what I needed from plumbing aisle the end cap had all the bags of Softener pellets right there stacked high,,, so I avoided bending to lift bags Great oversll trip to the HD

I give this store and East Hanover 5 stars it is always clean. It always has what I’m looking for and I always get the help I need, but I must say I continuously deal with the cashier Latifah, and she brings a smile to my face and joy to my heart every time I see her she is extremely kind, courteous, sweet caring is phenomenal with customer service extremely knowledgeable in the store and where stuff is located and she’s just wanted to most pleasant personalities I’ve ever experienced in my life.

People are helpful and special thank you for the store Manager “Will” who is always prompt to assist and step in.

I was looking for a couple of shelving units and thanks to two of their associates, I was in and out of the store very quickly.

I purchased 8 10 foot EMT pipes for a project...opened a new credit card at the request of an employee and saved $65

The guy working the garden center kiosk should not be working with the public unless he learns proper conduct and courtesy. I, as the customer, was the polite one, but received only an angry glare in response. There was no return greeting, no thank you from him and, in fact, not one word during the entire transaction. I almost felt a sense of hostility from this cashier. When I left I thought to myself how lacking the cashier was, and how much he has to learn about proper behavior and social interaction. This experience seems symptomatic of where the decaying general social atmosphere is headed and how some people are just not worthy of respect.

Overall I'm satisfied with Home Depot. I have done a great deal of shopping there in the past. Example, carpeted 3 bedrooms, painting and remodeling bath, kitchen, and other rooms in the house, garden supplies, etc.

I bought many things recently either in store or from online and was very happy with the products and the prices. Whenever I need something for my home, I always go to home depot store in East Hanover or Parsippany, and if I could find something in store, I can always find it online and shipping was all free and very fast delivery. Very satisfied, and would definitely go back again.

I had an awesome experience in two separate visits to this Home Depot today! I am not the most experienced with many of these skills however I genuinely feel that my interactions with employees today, particular Savvy, leveled up my knowledge. Not only did I get the products I originally was looking for, I also gained some confidence which is not common at all from a simple store visit. Will be looking forward to my next project

I had problems pain and he helped me hang onto my cart with sale items in it so I could go get some thing from my house and come back. He hung onto it for me and I appreciate that a lot.

I was in need of a washing machine knowing that supply is a challenge. My experience at the East Hanover Home depot was excellent. They team there searched their floor the best option and ensured it would be a good sized fit in addition to my needs.

I purchased a shower door and the employees I dealt were knowledgeable and helpful.

Most of the time I am impressed by the way and the people that Home Depot managed! It is truly a super job and difficult task!

I went to this particular Home Depot location to get some keys made. I did get the keys made and I am satisfied with them. However the wait time for those keys was way too long. When I started waiting at the key center I was the only person waiting. Soon four other people were in line behind me. One customer went to Customer Service and asked for an employee to be sent to the Key Center. Four announcements were made before an employee finally arrived. The wait was at least twenty minutes and it should not have been that long at all.
