I am addicted to Home Depot If they had groceries, I wouldn't have to go to ANY other store

It seems like there are more employees at Home Depot than Lowe’s the last 2times I have gone to Lowe’s first but to turn around and then go the Home Depot I might just start telling people go to Home Depot !

Great customer service! Erika really went above and beyond assisting my family and I. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking exceptional workers with great attitudes.

I needed a new kitchen faucet that did not drip, but did not wish to chat in the store. I phoned ahead and said "kitchen faucet" and got real live Gene in plumbing. I described the model (3 hole, with sprayer, and "shiny nickel?"). Gene suggested that when I arrived at store to page him. He met me at the service desk, walked me past 100 wrong faucets to the one I had described, except it was nickel. I pointed to the shiny chrome. He flawlessly showed me same faucet but in chrome and handed me the box. (It was cheaper than ones I had seen online when trying to save money, was in the $60s.) Even though it was perfect for me I had to get thumbs up from my daughter whom I did not wish to burden with the shopping errand. I asked about the Home Depot's refund policy. Gene knew that I would get all my money back in 90 days, back on the credit card, not just "store credit." Wonderful experience. Thanks for answering phone, suggesting Delta product and meeting me at desk, cutting through large inventory, switching gears, and answering questions. I got the go ahead from my daughter. The faucet was installed by our neighbor two days later, works great. My husband and I are happy: no more drips.

THIS HOME DEPOT HAS A SUPERIOR ENVIRONMENT FOR RELAXED SHOPPING ATMOSPHERE...THE SALES ASSOCIATES AND MANAGERS ARE PROMPT WITH CUSTOMER ASSIST AND FULLY EXPLAIN PRODUCTS PROS AND CONS...SELECTIONS ARE GREAT! THIS HOME DEPOT IS IN FULL COMPLIANCE OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC CRISIS PER THE CDC !!!! CUSTOMERS WERE COURTESY AND POLITE EXCERSING SOCIAL DISTANCING....THE STAFF CULTURAL DIVERSE...PRICES ARE 9%-23% LOWER THAN THE COMPETITORS! I GIVE THIS STORE ***** FIVE STAR RATING!!!!!! During the Covid-19 pandemic, employees were not wearing masks or social distancing despite large signage out front. Customers were never encouraged to wear masks. Hand sanitizing stations were not available.

Store was busy but neither majority of employees nor customers were wearing masks or social distancing. Poor customer service from girl in fans, not knowledgeable or helpful.

I’m not sure where I stand on this. Some guests (mostly younger) did not have masks. All staff however did. I am a middle aged man with a compromised immune system from a childhood, and chronic, medical condition. I’m not ready for the “all clear” to be sounded. Young healthy people could be key to getting our society over the hump. There are many expectations of your company as patrons enter the store. A mask is far from unreasonable until scientific evidence tells us otherwise. Upper management please consider this.

Home Depot has been my go to store for most of my new home renovations. Pricing is competitive and service is top notch. Plenty of products to choose from, in store and online. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The layout of the store makes sense for finding what I need.

Store had all safety procedures in place, we needed plumbing stuff and Joe was a great help. He tools to each isle we needed to get what we needed instead of just sending us to the isles like Lowe’s did. HomeDepot employees never left us on our own, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and the cheapest. Love this place!!!

I ordered online, received an email that it was ready for pickup. Went to the online order pickup desk and the employee told me she'd go get a cart and pull my order off the shelf. What exactly is the point of ordering online, if it's not pulled and waiting for me?! There were plenty of other items waiting in that area to be picked up, so I know the virus hasn't changed the procedure. And what if another customer just came in and bought all of the boxes off the shelf that I had ordered? What would the excuse be then? Not good.

I love this store, its everything I expect from a home improvement store. Will definitely be back

The great power tool expert saves me $30.00 on my battery purchase when I bought two batteries with a carrying case kit. Then he saved me $100.00 on the impact drill purchase. All together he saved me $130.00. GO TEAM!

Exceptional customer service. I normally shop at a location closer to my residence, but this store was able to get the door I needed to pass an occupancy inspection much quicker than my home store.

We have gotten knowledgeable, friendly help here on more than one occasion. It has saved us time and money getting this help.

Kiel in the plumbing department is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find the parts we needed. Best customer service we have ever experienced.

If ya'll need help with your painting projects, track down DOC in the paint department. This man really knows his field and worked with me for a couple of weeks on various samples until we got it right.

This store is pretty clean and organized . It was easy to find items . The staff is always very helpful . The workers in the paint department are the best ! They are very friendly and knowledgeable!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Paint department always has suggestions to help with the project. Only downfall is that when special sales are coming up in near future some aisles get very tight otherwise store is clean.

If you need paint, these guys know their stuff!

Ordered a shower door July 2nd...today is August 2nd still no door was initially told door would be there July 8th to the 11th... manager was rude when I asked what was taking so long...nothing but excuses...couldn’t even get a courtesy call to let me know what was going on with my order... you would think they would call you when your order is delayed over 30 days but no I had to call them several times to see what the status of my order was

This store is always clean and I know where I can find most things I’m looking for but if not, I’ve learned that I can ask any associate and they pretty much know where everything is located. Everyone is always eager to help locate things.
