This Home Depot provides the best customer service! From the front door to walking out after your purchase, you are treated with respect and friendly, helpful employees.

I go to this store almost every 2 weeks. Great prices, many options for any ideas, friendly and helpful staff, clean and very well laid out store. I don't shop at any other home improvement stores. The Edwardsville Homedepot is the way to go for all your needs!

We shopped the garden area. Plant selection was great, and the plants appeared very healthy and well cared for. The variety of planting containers & urns was spectacular! Found plant variety we couldn't find anywhere else. Superstore selection with friendly, personal service.

Purchased 4 GE appliances. Make sure to ask for Austin Moffert very helpful doesn't rush you takes time with you and the manager Kathy Parker works with you also. I had a GREAT experience at this store and would highly recommend it.

Shana Trebling in kitchen design is AMAZING! So knowledgeable about design, the products they offer, how to keep costs reasonable. Patient, professional, great insights, friendly. I highly recommend her if you're thinking about doing anything with your kitchen!

I like shopping at this Home Depot, it's close to my home, and the employees seem friendly and someone always asks me if I need assistance (I generally do not need assistance, but it's nice to be asked!)

The Home Depot Store in Edwardsville, Il is exceptional. I recently had an experience with a young employee that indicated to me the management is fully dedicated to training it's employees on friendliness, professionalism, and customer service. The young man who helped me could not possibly have excelled like he did without advice and assistance from the management at this store. If all of the employees at this store are even slightly as proficient as the young man who helped me then you want to visit this store to assess what I experienced. I looked at several types and Monica the sales lady was very patient with me ... I went back to the store 3 different times before I finally decided which ones to buy... she was very helpful ...

If you want quality products, and employees who actually fully understand the applications of the products, you should go to this store. Always helpful, amazing people work here. Stock is well in hand, and the shelves are well organized.

The customer service associates were exceptional!! They should train all the associates especially in the Florida stores!

Service desk employees should do just that: service customers, rather than insult them over the return of a $35 can of mismatched paint.

I went in for a 5 gallon bucket of stain, before I even had to ask for help, a friendly employee in the pAint department asked to help me and explained the choices I had. Then when going through the checkout, the young man who checked me out offered to go out with me and load my bucket (I'm so glad because I couldn't have lifted it!) He was so helpful! I'll def go back for things I need!
