We are building frames to enclose my front porch with plastic and we got everything we needed at Home Depot. Thank you Home Depot!!

Went to get garden plants and supplies. the plants where not in good condition they needed watering very badly. where was only a few bags of planting soil and there was not employee to ask for help any where around just the check person and she was not willing to call for any help and did not give me my Military Discount even after show Military ID. this was the worst time I have ever had at Home Depot. Makes me feel like never going back again.

I needed new carpet for our family room and the employees at our local Home Depot made it so easy! Looking forward to it being installed next week!

We needed to purchase a new toilet. A gentleman named Josh helped us find the right one. They helped us put it into the car.

I will make this short guys. Tradesmen are under extreme pressure to finish jobs and projects, and the last thing we need is more stress piled on us as we enter a supply store. There are 3 stores in my area, and without doubt Home Depot wins by 24 Lengths like Secretariat did in 1974 and I will never forget the Belmont track announcer say, "He is running like a machine, and the other horses aren't even in sight." That record will never be beaten guys, and Home Depot is that far ahead of the other stores when it comes to all the facets in running a large operation, and makes it look easy, as Secretariat did when I got my honorable discharge after serving 4 years at the pinnacle of my youth.

For years I've received a discount by showing my military I.D. This program has changed and it makes this a whole lot harder to receive. I have a simple flip phone and this will not work to get the information they need.The staff does understand but there hands are tied.

Just want to tell you to work on your Employee customer appreciation. Employees can acknowledge customers; even if only a smile.. sometimes that may be the only human contact people have, and just a smile can make someone's day.. I worked with the public alot during my life and sometimes people just want to see a friendly face.. also to be aware of someone who may need help, it's like they're afraid to ask if you need help; I don't really see this changing as it has been like this for many years...too bad....

I'm always impressed with the attention I receives as soon as I walk into the store. If I can't locate what I'm looking for, I just assume a questionable pose and one of the store personal will soon approach and ask me if I need assistance. Really, a personal touch that's remembered.

He helped me at the cashier to prevent me from hauling water softener salt to register!!

Thanks Lainey & the young man (sorry didn’t remember his name) for all your help in holding my hand through all of the process of buying Andersen windows. If you make a purchase of $1500 or more you go into a bid group and there’s a bidding war to bring down the price of what you’re buying boy it was VERY significant for us since we were buying a lot of Andersen windows! I want to say a big thank you to these 2 associates— they both are very knowledgeable about windows and to me are a very valuable asset to Home Depot in Elyria!

at the Elyria store Patricia is a gem. She helped put my order together. She also made a special call to help with financing.

The store was clean,the salespeople were knowledgeable and respected my questions and decisions about my purchases.

The store employees are always helpful. If they don't know the answer they help you figure it out. Prices are reasonable

I love this home depot it's very clean, everyone is very friendly easy to find stuff took 2 extra days to get my washer and dryer but with everything going on it's kind of a giving...

Bought a TV Stand off line came in was told I would have to wait 4 days to pick up. Picked it up missing pieces to put together girl who answered phone was nasty about it. I know it was manufacturers fault but girl could be more understanding.

Follow your own darn mask protocols and send your sick/cougjing employees home. Are you trying to kill your customers?

I have been very impressed by the orderliness and cleanliness of your store. But, to me, most important is the helpfulness of your employees. I have recently been in your store several times, shopping for window blinds, flooring and appliances. I never had to go looking for an employee; there was always someone available in the department. They were kind, courteous and knowledgeable of their products. They never got frustrated with my many questions. The flooring was only available online and when it was delivered to the store, three employees loaded my car without complaining. No one was aware of all my planned purchases throughout this process but yet I was treated like a VIP. I have highly recommended your store!
