I am handicapped and have trouble ambulating. We went to this store (my normal one) around 3:00 p.m. on a Tuesday. Store wasn't very busy got a scooter was showing half charge got half way up main aisle and went into red. Went back to plug in mine and get another it was in red needs charge, someone returned a third one got on, it was ok for finishing my shopping but was in red when I got done. Most of the time I am treated very kindly by all employees but this time the cashier wasn't very kind but I just thought she was having a bad day. I have been shopping at your store since it opened buy all my flowers, appliances, home improvement items, vinyl siding for our home, and roofing materials to replace our roof on the house and garage. My husband is a veteran and the cashier refused to accept his card for the veterans discount because I had a coupon for 6 months same as cash and she said I couldn't use both and I told her they have never refused the discount before. She said she knows the rules. Well somehow the coupon didn't take so she had to rering the order and at the end tried my husbands discount and it took as usual. I would have bought more flowers but the choices that were in this store at this time were not very good, I know the weather has been very good for growing in Ohio so that might be the reason for the poor selection in flowers.

This Home Depot is my favorite store. The people here are truly amazing ! I can describe this store in two words: Knowledge and Efficiency ! Shopping here is really enjoyable. There is always a ton of savings to be made on certain products. I highly recommend this Home Depot.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly from the moment we walked into the store. Stoney, Sahara as well as the assistant manager Dave were all very helpful

Jon (in customer service) and James (in garden) were helpful and courteous. They "NAILED IT". They assisted me in a 3000.00 sale when a different Home Depot in my area was unwilling to get the sale.

Their customer service desk is the absolute best! I shop here all the time because of those staff members!

I had a great experience, until it came to checking out. I was completely ignored. It was like I wasn't there. If you want good customer service, do not, I repeat do not go here. I'm sorry if you are a contractor, it seems your treated much differently, so I can't say nobody gets good customer service.

The Service desk manager, Donald, went out of his way helping me today. I had inquired at the Service desk for a location of the shepherds pole. He described the location. I said would you help me, he said yes and that was the start of my fabulous journey at Home Depot. I bought much more than I had first anticipated, however it was everything I needed. He walked and talked with me the whole time, made suggestions etc. I am 68 and I move slowly and he really made me feel special. He even suggested for me to open up a charge account so I could save money. This store has always had helpful employees and is always clean. It is conveniently located and has plenty of parking. There are several doors, so no matter where you park, it's not far to walk.

3827 is the most friendly and helpful of all of the hardware and similar stores that shop. If I ask a staff member for help in finding something they walk me right to the aisle and bay. Some even have recommendations if I describe a problem.

First time we've tried ordering online for later pick-up...FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!! Order placed @ 1:44 p.m. (sunday after black friday) and it was IN MY TRUCK @ 2:26! I'm recovering from a broken wrist...associate @ customer service didn't hesitate to take my order out and load it for me! VERY friendly people, VERY clean store...will not hesitate to recommend THIS store to anyone that asks! KUDOS HOME DEPOT!!

Mr Mark Muska Was truly outstanding. His knowledge of the ANDERSON windows was impeccable. That coupled with his curtesy made my experience a joy. Normally I would cringe at the thought of spending over eight hundred dollars yet with the product knowledge that of Mark has I felt confident I made the correct choice.
