The associates were very friendly and helpful. Dan from garden department was very helpful in finding a deck box for me, which was a floor model on a very high shelf. He cleaned it for me and put it in my car. Edward in lawn and garden department, who was also the cashier who rang me up, was very friendly.

Isles are cluttered out of stock on many items

The cashiers and the manager are very polite and helpful. But whatever you do, try not to deal with Ryan in lumber!!! He is rude and very unhelpful !!! And while I waited for my turn to ask a question, he couldn't even cut the other customers lumber right and kept cutting it short !!!!!

I was looking for a riding lawnmower. I first went to Law's in Elyria. I ask for assistant and wait for over 15 minutes and no one came to help. So, I left and went to Home Depot in Elyria. I had absolutely no intension of buying anything today. I wanted to do no research, find answers to my questions and looking around. This one gentleman who was working at lawn and garden was able to explained to me the different between the riding lawnmowers, answer all my questions and at any point he didn't try to pressure me or sell me; and he was professional, respectful, patient and outstanding customer service. I didn't plan to buy anything but after he answer all my questions; I was happy and comfortable to purchase a brand new Cab Cadet lawnmower. This is how sales people should be, very impressed.

Unable to set up appts correctly!

Employees in the lumber department are very lazy & would not help. Some employees don't know where things are at . Employees need more training & learn to work. Work is a place to work not to be social. That's why it's called work.

During this difficult time of social distancing and the covid 19 scare this store made changes to keep people safe while keeping store open for buisness and keeping esencial companys running thank you

The store was clean and product was easy to find. My encounter with associates was wonderful and helpful. With all that is going on now days you don't see that much kindness at most places.

From management on down this is by far the best home depot throughout the region and I have shopped most of them as a general contractor. Great job staff!!!

The store is great, however, some items are out of stock and.or there are just empty boxes where the items should be.

This review is not so much about the store itself but concerns the service provider they set me up with. I needed a hot water heater like right away. The provider ( New Phoenix Enterprises) was very prompt in answering my request for service. The whole process went very smoothly. The men they sent out to do the job were very professional. Tip of the cap to both the service provider and Home Depot for resolving a bad situation in a quick and professional manner.

I feel the customer service here was terrible. I was scheduled for a delivery of a new stove and there was never a knock on my door nor did I receive a call. When I contacted customer service I was told they had knocked and called and that my dogs were barking. I do not own a dog and I had no missed calls. When I contacted customer service I was told to hold and was hung up on. I was then told the appliance customer service was closed to call the store. The manager at the store said he would look into it and call me on monday. I had to call them back on tuesday and the rep who answered the phone was rude. They then put me on with a manager who I was told wasn't there. She said there was nothing she could do but try to schedule my 2nd drop off sooner. No promises. I am blown away by how unimportant my complaint seems to be to management. I will now go two weeks without a stove. I made it clear that I will be taking my money elsewhere and she didnt seem too upset about that.

The GM Jessica, Shana, and Flo have the best customer service around! These 3 went out of their way to help us locate things for our daughters science project. You can tell they all enjoy working together. Thank you.

Great Employees and can find what I need

I want to thank the people who helped me fix a mistake on an order I made. They were all so helpful and kind. As an older woman we sometimes are not taken seriously but the group at Home Depot never made me feel uncomfortable. The store is always neat and clean and if you can't find what you are looking for they will help you get it.

I went to Home Depot thinking I was going to get the fridge I wanted. The fridge was to big. Pam helped me find something comparable to the fridge i wanted and it ended up being cheaper.
