This store is very helpful in getting what you need for your home repairs. I take pics on my phone in to show my situation & they always have the answer & give me instructions on How to fix. Im a 62 yr old woman who doesn't have a man around to do these repairs for me. So this is really comforting to me to have these professionals so close. Thank you Home Depot. ;)

Lily, the cashier in the garden department is very nice and her smile makes you smile. She treats you like a customer should be treated.

I am a disabled veteran and frequent shopper at Home Depot. As of 2022, they no longer give veteran discounts by showing an ID card. They now require a QR app on your cell phone. So if you do not own a cell phone you are out of luck. QR codes have personal information and this info can be leaked. I will never shop at a HD store again, NEVER.

Shopping at Home Depot late at night with a newborn isn’t my ideal Friday night plan, but friendly staff like Wayde definitely help to make it a pleasant experience.

I came in to the store to find Christmas decorations, they had everything I was looking for.

Although we weren't 100% happy with the first salesperson. We found a young lady who was an absolute gem!! She was very thorough, wasn't pushy at all to sell us something we didn't want, and she made sure we left the store with what we wanted. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable.

Everyone at the Pro desk is extremely helpful and goes out of their way to assist you and problem solve. Jerry and Sherrie is who I work with most and I recommend coming to them for any help you may need!

Plain and simple! It is my Go To store for everything.... Kassie was the best checker. Friendly, helpful, made sure I would have help loading my purchases. Also, purchased a garbage disposal from the very knowledge plumbing lady. Thank you

Would not re-issue coupon for a same day return/exchange. I've had some pretty complicated exchanges in conjunction with coupons or sale prices at other big box stores and never walked away with flat out losing a discount because I originally purchased the wrong size or type of item. I'm very disappointed with the lack of any attempt at customer service. If this is a company-wide policy, it is not noted on the Home Depot Return Policy page.

There were more available employees for customers needing assistance. My sincere gratitude to the inventory order personnel who realized the need to order more portable air conditioners when all other stores in the area were sold out (because of the heat wave).

Jeannie the cashier was full of information, kind, patient, very pleasant and very helpful. In the past, there haven't been enough employees on the sales floor and the wait for help has been very, very long. This last trip was different. There were enough sales people and their help was quickly available. Things are looking up at Green Acres Home Depot.

Excellent service as always. Have never found them lacking. One of the very few places where customer feel at home!

Well stocked, helpful employees and good prices.

I called to make sure they had the product I needed In stock before I made an hour drive to pick it up. Got hung up 3 times trying to reach the lumber yard. Called again and a customer service guy went and checked on the product. Said they had stock. So I ordered what I needed and purchased it over the phone. Got an email confirmation. Next morning I got a call from customer service saying they could not fulfill my order. That they were out of stock. WTH. Cost me time and money. Will nor be using this Home Depot again

The clerks were cheerful and were knowlegable about where items were located. A great variety of outdoor plants at affordable prices.

Sign clearly said 6 pack and all items were bundled in 6 packs, no single item was available. While ringing up the manager came to do a price check and he spoke down to me like I don't know how to read a shelf tag, like I was stupid; and then refused to honor the price. If the sign was inaccurate or misleading, any competitor's store would have honored the price and then immediately changed the signage. The cashier was wonderful. I purchased anyway to not create a scene and to try and save face. However, I will be returning and going elsewhere.

Very disappointing. Customer service all around including at the customer service desk was absolutely hands down some of the worse customer service I think I've ever received. I usually don't participate in taking the time to write a review, but this one I had to because I was utterly disappointed. Everything from bad customer service which is everything to unknowledgeable staff, to flat out rude employees and staff. I mean doing a return at customer service sure even if it's 15 minutes before they're going to close and they send me back to the wrong end of the store to get a piece of wood cut just to come back and they've already clocked out because it's past 10:00 and didn't even do my return. How long with initially having a bad attitude from the beginning. Very poor display of customer service that's no customer service just for me to have to come back to do the return still. Smh
