The Home Depot near Pickett Rd has a working machine to cut lumber which was not available at the Annandale Home Depot. Kelvin who works at the Annandale Home Depot recommended I come to the Picket Home Depot. Allen was exceptional in meeting my needs to cut the lumber I purchased. Allen is very professional and thorough in knowing Home Depot polices and explained in detail how to best cut my lumber. Because of Allen, all my lumber purchases will be at done at the Picket Home Depot.

The Home Depot employees at this Fairfax Circle store are some of the most knowledgeable associates in the business. In addition, they are always friendly and helpful making the shopping experience much more pleasant. Associates like Mike in Hardware, Mark in flooring, and John at Service Desk make the visit fast and efficient. This is my most favorite Home Depot in the area and the United States, and I have been to several.. Well managed and organized Fairfax Circle store.

Very poor customer service at the paint department. The one department that requires extensive interaction with the public. Made us feel like we were bothering him. Otherwise ok.
