A little over a year ago I selected kitchen appliances, stove and refrigerator, and a washing machine and dryer for my son's home in Michigan. There were some size limitations requiring a change in order and additional items like exhaust fan for over stove, etc. that had to be ordered. The sales person who assisted me patiently helped get all arranged for delivery from the Home Depot in Detroit and get as timely a delivery date as possible. It made the move so smooth and there was never a problem that it was not a local placement.

Frequent this store often with mu husband and always find the service and products we need for our home. Mark in Flooring was able to give us the area rug we needed for updating our living room. william at checkout was very helpful. Mark and William are typical solid associates who can be depended on. This store is well managed, clean, well organized and solid associates who go out of their way for customers.

Great products; great service. This is my favorite Home Depot. I always find everything I need here.

Spent time in this store and Mark led us thru totes and hardware to gather the items we needed. Zayne also assisted in Hardware. and Fadumo at checkout. I recommend this store highly. Found the all items we needed except one which was located at another HD. Solid service, solid associates, clean, well organized, and well managed. Mark, Zayne, and Fadumo were Solid.

Walking into the store, it looked great and had plenty of the items I was looking for in stock. I bought some gift cards and a universal remote. I am so happy to have gotten these for the Holidays and look forward to returning soon.

Come to this HDepot store quite often. Mark and John in Flooring were able to assist me and give me great service for my project. Christina was very nice at checkout. I will continue to visit and recommend this store to all my friends, family, and parish.

Allen and Mohammad the manager, are the best. I was lucky enough to have Allen help me look for what I thought I needed and then further ask me what I was trying to accomplish. Allen then helped me solve the problem with other products. I will ask for him by name from now on.

For tool and equipment rental, I recommend Michael in the Too Rental shop. They have a huge stock, and he is extremely knowledgeable and will take the time and effort to make sure you get what you need for your project.

I sometimes go out of my way to this Home Depot. The store is neat and well stocked, and the staff are efficient and communicate well with each other.

The paint department employee was horrible. I had to tell him, not once, not twice but three times what paint i wanted. When i went to check out i went to a live cashier and he did not even attempt to bag my items even though i had purchased several things. I have no idea how he thought i would get my purchases to my car without a bag.

My sister and I came in for cement stone or slab to cover part of our yard. Allen was really helpful, both in providing insight and excellent customer service. He made the trip easy and seamless since we did not have to haul the brinks to the front! HE brought it out for us and loaded them into our car. Thank you Allen for your assistance.

Great quality and very helpful team. For 7 years in a row! They really provide excellent guidance and assistance for all my DIY projects and provided excellent contractor to replace my Gas Tank water heater in less than 24 hours.

Plenty of employees in the building but no one helped me. The one person who finally helped me with one item said he wasn’t sure, and I ended up with the wrong product.

Needed to complete a fairly complex stair project using laminate flooring. Mark offered options and made the trip complete. He gave me insight for the risers on my stairs. I will continue to come here weekly. Well organized store, well managed store with friendly proactive associates. Firouzeh was great at checkout. Highly recommended Home Depot.

Twice I have had an issue with my trimmers. Mike and Ryan in Rentals were exceptionally helpful, understanding, and kind! Both went above and beyond the call to take care of our needs.

More and more people are being allowed into the store WITHOUT wearing face masks. This show lack of concern for our public health, and lack of respect for the wellbeing of HD customers.

After having two bad interactions at two different stores, Muhammed was able to help me find what I was looking for. He took the time to answer all my questions and help me find the mirrors I needed.

Solid service from Mark in flooring setting up our carpet measurement for carpet and pad installation with all options offered. We will return.

Needed to complete flooring project for basement and Mark in Flooring gave me solid direction and cut the appropriate flooring items. Will returns to this well managed and well stocked store. Nice associates like Mark and Hae at checkout.

Needed sizeable flooring solid hardwood for my rental unit. Mark guided me through the process set me up for a measurement then walked me to plumbing to TJ and got me set up. Solid, excellent service. above and beyond. Real nice store w/ well managed staff. I come here often for the great products and people.

I have shopped many different Home Depot stores and Fairfax Circle store is the best around. Associates acknowledged you as a customer, answered questions with out acting as if you were an idiot. Clean, well laid out. Great place to shop.

My husband is 80 years old and we purchased 12 bags of gardening supplies. He had to load it himself because there was no one to help him! Only after he had finished loading these, did someone come by and helped us. He was nice, but the store should have had someone there to help us from the beginning.

Employees at this Home Depot are extremely helpful and know the store well. I'm always able to find what I need here and this store has easy parking and access.
