I go to this store frequently and am always satisfied with the products available and the customer service.

I bought a washer and dryer stackable from Home Depot, it was delivered and set up in a short amount of time. The delivery people were very nice and friendly. They hauled away my old one. Very satisfied.

I am in a lot of home improvement stores in southern Jefferson County and the Festus Home Depot is usually where I find what I'm looking for. They are very good about keeping their stock up, and if they are out, they will find it for you so you can either go get it right then, or they will have it brought down or delivered to you, for a reasonable fee, with no problems.

Purchased a whole house generator through HD as well as the install. The contractor sold the install as a 'turnkey install' and yet I have to purchase more hardware and complete the install my self. The contractor failed to pre-schedule a power disconnect with the utility company so this delayed the install, then they also left the site before utility company returned to reconnect power so we were left with the generator providing power. They left the generator in the mode which emulates a utility power failure and the generator running. (Fortunately the install electrician called later and provided the information to 'flip the breaker' to where utility power was used and the generator in standby mode (which means the generator would have run until out of fuel if left in the original setting). The contractor install crew came to the site unprepared for full install, they didnt bring a battery which is required for the generator to start (they did send a crew member to get a battery but this delayed the install again), as well as they didnt bring the necessary hardware for the wireless monitoring connect. Come to find out that the programming of the generator was incomplete as they did not setup for a weekly exercise which from what I understand is bad for an air cooled generator because moisture can build up in the oil. It literally took 3 weeks and numerous calls to the contractor to get someone out to show some basic do's and dont's for the generator. (This is when we found out that the weekly exercise time was NOT set.) I cannot and will not recommend this contractor for future work. Their communication, repsonse times, and job completeness are unacceptable in my opinion.

Incomplete install and no assistance from store manager to resolve

When I go into The Home Depot, they always care about my projects and help me to the best of their abilities. Prices are good too.

I thought it would be easy for a front door purchase. Got the knowledge. Learned. Then it was really easy to purchase

It is easy to get to, finding what you need, employees ready to answer your questions or give you any help you may need.

The parking at Home Depot stores is terrible for contractors because those parking spaces are too small

I like how far Home Depot is and like to see more thank you for shopping or asking if I found what I was looking for.

I witnessed how great the employees get along with each other. Very nice to see. Enjoyed them all. Abby wen out of her way to help. Very pleased

I always go to this store because I know I can rely on an employee, Justin DeFord to assist me with finding proper tools with features I am looking for my projects He would research and be engaged. That’s an employee who cares and ensures your experience is a good one!

This Home Depot store was very neatly organized & the employees were really attentive & helpful.

Liz Campbell in appliances is top notch. Knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Everyone at Festus Home Depot is really great.

I was a blue store person for years but Home depot atocks more, pricing is competetive to online retailers and the stores are clean. The festus location is an amazing culture to step into. People smile, care about your needs and want you to get what you need and come back.

I needed some paint to match my deck and took a paint brush with the color of paint on it to Home Depot. The lady working in the paint dept. was able to use the brush to match the color exactly and mix paint for me that turned out perfectly for my deck. Very happy customer.

The young man in the self checkout was very helpful and courteous. Used please and thank you as well as being very knowledgeable about the process.

Employee very friendly. Was addressed quickly. My paint was mixed, stirred, & sealed closed in recoed time. Thanks

We bought our riding lawn mower from Home Depot in Festus, MO today! The associates were all very courteous and helpful! Mary was quite knowledgeable about the different mowers and her expertise helped us to choose the right mower for us! Tyler was also courteous and helped us apply for a Home Depot credit card. The associates made our experience enjoyable!

People at this store generally seemed to be enjoying/happy providing whatever service was being provided. Definitely felt appreciated as a customer.

I just bought several small brass fittings. Small items can be hard to locate, but the associate/employee in plumbing took the time to find everything I needed in just a few minutes. Saved me half an hour of searching! The cashier was friendly and smiling to boot. Great store!

We were pleased with the friendly and helpful staff. Also felt their was an abundance of inventory to choose from.

I love coming to this store because I knew I would always be able to locate and discuss specific products for a variety of projects I have at home for one reason, Justin DeFord, an employee, knows America. sign Language! He is the reason I come to this specific store. Accessible services has always been a plus and this is the only Home Depot that has given me that. Thank you Justin DeFord for sharing your knowledge and in helping me get the correct tools and products for my home projects!

My husband loves Ryobi! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they always have things in stock and offer just the right amount of help!

3 main points, #1 Only 1 lane for checkout, multiple lanes for self checkout. I do see your earnings reports, Home Depot makes billions but wants us to check ourselves out. Not going to happen. #2 Saw quite a few employees sitting in non-customer service areas having quite the chats. When I worked retail, I or my employees were on the floor helping customers .#3 Employee in windows was very helpful in helping me find what I needed. In the huge garden area I was was on my own to find what I needed, did not see 1 Employee in the garden area.

I’ve consistently had a most acceptable experience shopping at Home Depot stores. Their associates actually look for shoppers to help. And most often have what I need at very competitive prices…!

Lumber guy offered discount on some broken boards when I got up to the check out the cashier refused the offered discount and said you can just trim off the bad spots.

I went in around Black Friday looking for a Samsung washer and dryer and met with Holly. Holly provided me with very valuable information and I then decided to go with a Maytag set. (Holly is very knowledgeable, honest and pleasant to work with!) The washer and dryer was supposed to be delivered on 12/19 but things changed and the address had to be switched. During the process to have the address changed I spoke to 3 ladies at separate times through customer service who were very helpful and pointed me in the direction to go to the original store. Amanda at the Festus location was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She processed my new transaction in a timely manner and was very pleasant to work with!
