The associates at the Festus store are very friendly and helpful. I recently got estimates for flooring installation and received many follow up calls regarding the status of my estimate and then when I decided to go with them, the process went very smoothly. Can't wait for my new floor to be installed! Shopping there is always easy, the associated direct me to the correct isle and location within the isle to find what I'm looking for. Highly recommend this store!

They seem to have more "in stock" items I am looking for than the Arnold location. One reason I prefer this location over Arnold is they have a couple places in the store that are devoted to clearance items. Arnold just puts a yellow tag over the original price instead of moving that item to a designated clearance spot most of the time.

I had a terrible experience trying to buy 4 items that took close to 30 minutes. One person couldn't help, One manager ignored my pointing to the sign with the sale price and walked off. Another employ argued with me about standing 5 feet out of line with a heavy load that wouldn't fit through the obstacles near the check out. Finally after begging for help one cashier helped me get out of the store. When she did it it took less than 2 minutes. Thank you Janice! This was a big waste of time and frustrating experience. I'll be shopping at team blue across the street as much as possible.

The store was clean and well stocked. We found items here we couldn’t find in any other competing store and the service and friendliness of the staff made the visit that little extra special.

While at the store, I was approached by an associate offering her assistance. She was very kind and helpful, I appreciated that very much. I also found my product immediately, I was in and out of the store so quickly. I am very pleased with my experience at the Festus Home Depot.

Your sign on the entry doors/windows state: You must wear a mask to enter. Many many shoppers wont wear them, YET, they are allowed to enter anyway. So, sign means nothing. I spend thousands, $$$$, in this store. I only get what I must have, then get out as quickly as I can. Would shop more, but........ Nope! Not a total covid caring store. I even spoke to manager. He said...... Well, you know. Thats not good enough for me. 500,000 Deaths is Very real. Thank you.

I prefer this store over all in region. My job as elevator repairs i find myself shopping very often. Great service well stocked in very helpful people. And Emma the checkout person is fantastic awesome employee should move up the ladder very quickly.

I feel like this Home Depot is maybe “too good” like everything else in my life just seems bad in comparison. Everything about it is just so incredible it’s like a shining beacon of hope in our shattered and divided world. If I was to think of something to compare Home Depot store number 3032 to it would be a unicorn wearing a crown made out of happiness, that is riding on the back of a purple dragon, who is sitting on a UFO, that is flying through Disneyland. It’s that great. I like it even more than I like these brownies I just ate. And these are the best brownies I’ve ever had in my entire life. Great job everybody! Thumbs up and high-fives all around.

The employees are helpful and friendly. I do not have to walk around looking for someone to assist me. Employees walk up to me and ask how they can help. The store is neat and clean.

The staff at this store was very helpful. I didn't have to ask for help. An employee asked me right away in the isle if he could help me find something. I can usually find what I need at this store.

Home Depot should transfer products from store to store. I needed a electric box the store in Manchester had 5 in stock had not sold any in a long time. I bought 15 boxes last summer I had to drive all over to find. I came up from Bonne Terre so that cost me extra time and money.

I want to start by saying, I hate to write a review on a negative experience when I've had so many positive experiences at my Festus Home Depot. I thought my voice needed to be heard on this experience and it was appropriate and necessary. Ken (Tool Rental Manager) and Liz (Assistant Manger) did everything they could to show the company did not express any value in the customer experience. I ask them both multiple times to reconsider my very reasonable request on a Insulation blower that they did not want to listen to, or help find a solution. The solution they provided was completely ridiculous and unreasonable for a customer that has spent $ 14,415.18 YTD. I say all this as I have never had a problem with any Home Depot employee until this Department Manager and the Assistant Manager did not show any Leadership qualities. In closing a Home Depot employee saw that I was very upset and made sure Andy Close (Store Manager) get involved. He quickly listened and responded with a solution. thank you Andy! Employees at this location our friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and it’s just an overall pleasant experience every time we shop there. 5+ stars.
