The only reason I do shop here is because of how close it is to my house. The employees lack customer service! There should be no reason why customers have to load plywood onto the cart by themselves or other customers assisting because the employees ignore their customers and don’t want to help! This is not a “well it doesn’t happen often” because every time I am in there there is never any help nor help offered!

Everything is well stocked and easy to find. Cashier Jodie was quick and friendly. Will be stopping there again soon.

I always like the layout and visibility of items in this store. Everyone is always helpful and willing to do whatever they can to help even if I may not buy on that day. The store is always clean and someone is usually going around wiping or sweeping. Jen was my cashier and greeted me with a big smile and asked if I found everything I needed. She also informed me of the survey sweepstakes. I can always depend on good and courteous help when I go here. We have purchased everything from lumber to appliances here and always feel like we are the most important persons to be helped when there. Love that this store has so many local people as employees.

Jeanne and Danyel were a delightful change to the typical dull checkout and customer service that seems to be plaguing most retail stores. They both had a great attitude, customer service was awesome and both were very happy ladies. More stores would benefit by having employees like them.

Excellent customer service. We came in contact with 3 employees, ALL were helpful and courteous, the gentleman an the door, the person at the paint department, and the cashier.

The store was clean. They had plenty of nice employees offering help. Easy to maneuver through the store and fast checkout. With prices of everything so high it would be nice if they had senior discounts for older people on a fixed income like some of the other stores.

The store was clean, the employees very helpful (also easy to find when one is in need) and I needed a full box of gutter guards but they were sold out so the VERY HELPFUL man gave us the guards at the full box price instead of the individual price which saved us enough to go out to lunch! Thank you Home Depot

when buying a water heater a home depot employee was very knowledgeable, even loaded it on a cart for me.

This store has friendly associates that really try during this tough Covid time. I know that wearing masks is not easy or comfortable and the employees ere seem to try very hard to do a good job at this. I appreciate the effort and the mask wearing and customer wearing policy!

The store is very clean and there is plenty of covid-19 precautionary measures in place. All the employees were very kind and helpful and we were able to find what we needed without any issue. I would highly recommend this store!

Home Depot store 3032 is the greatest Home Depot that the human mind can conceive of. I tried to think about how it could be greater and it literally drove me insane. It’s just so perfect! My family had to send me to a special home because I just can not stop talking about it. I just can’t describe it. It’s just so incredible, so perfect. I would love to say more about Home Depot store number 3032, but I’ve got to go now. The doctors are here. It’s time for me to take my medicine.
