The store was clean, and well organized.

We were greeted upon entering the store. I had to ask the location of the item I was interested in, was told exactly what aisle # and which direction. I saw an employee in Appliances who showed me some of my options, seemed to have good product knowledge. I made my choice, she looked up the availability and we proceeded to my payment options. While she was finalizing the sale, there was another customer waiting. She politely stated that she would be with him in a few minutes, but if he only had a question, maybe she could answer it. He asked where he would find ??????, she told him without hesitation then returned to our transaction. Very pleasant experience overall. P.S. the women's restroom was very clean.Bugs

The store overall has a good group of employees in my opinion. A few members really stand out and the only department I really have had trouble finding items I needed were in the plumbing department. Plumbing really needs a experienced employee to keep products organized and stocked properly.

Great staff nice and attentive. The cashier Francisco was very helpful. So was Craig.

I appreciate the customer focus change I continue to experience on each visit.

This Home Depot is my go to store! The store is well kept, and the employees are courteous and helpful. I was assisted by an employee named Paula. She went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed.

I found everything I needed in stock. Including cleaning products. Associates were very helpful with my questions. No delay in checkout. Good experience.

I still live in the beautiful city of Glendora of 30 years and I remember when this store was built, been shopping here since the opening day and I have continued to receive professional service non stop,

Craig was our sales person and he was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and overall made our shopping experience wonderful! He was able to help with all our items and purchases. Fantastic experience because of Craig!

I went shopping for flowers in the flower and plant section and was greated with a hello as soon as we walked in .i found exactly what I was looking for and didn't need assistance I knew where the flowers were I wanted and the flowers were just starting to bloom so they should last for a nice while I had a nice shopping experience .

The associates at this location are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked.

Just want to give a shout out to the supervisor Frank! I came in to buy a miter saw, and overnight the price had increased by $40 dollars. Frank took the time to listen to my dilemma and was able to verify the overnight price jump on the saw. After consulting with another manager, it was the confirmed the saw was to be discontinued and no longer going to be sold, so they could not offer the original price. However Frank was kind enough to offer a $25 dollar discount. I grabbed my saw and Frank came over to adjust the price. While I am saddened I waited an extra day and missed out on the lower price, I can guarantee with employees like Frank that I will no longer be shopping at the big blue home improvement store. And if anyone from management sees this please let Frank know he is doing a great job, and even the small gestures are appreciated and don't go unnoticed.

Today I briefly walked into the store gave it another chance and a wonderful cashier name Amanda was fantastic! She was bright chipper and had a great attitude! Last year I was at the store and was treated very badly and I brought it to the managers attention and I said to myself I would never come back to the store. Because the manager fix the situation I felt I should give it another try I went back a year later and had a wonderful experience thank you.

This Home Depot has alll the tools you don't want and they never have the ones you need in stock. How hard is it to track your high demand items and keep them in stock? Huge end aisle displays of every possible Ryobi tool except the basic drill starter kit, which is always out of stock. The have 3 feet of shelf space for every tool stocked ten deep except the starter drill kit which has 8 inches of shelf space and never has anything stocked in it. Just enough space for the shelf price tag, but nothing else. If that's what you sell out of every week, why doesn't the store manager order more of it? Why keep overstocking useless tools that no one wants or buys? Please hire someone that knows how business is supposed to work.

BEWARE! This store charges more for items than the Home Depot stores in Covina and Monrovia. Make sure you price check before shopping here, especially when you're doing a big project. When confronted, I was told this is a common practice for Home Depot. This sounds like a very dishonest practice to me. $2 per sheet of backer board here, $2 per bag of VersaBond there can add up to A LOT of money when you're doing a big project.

This store is clean and really nice and neat. All the employees were very friendly!! There is this one employee named Rachel she is very friendly and generous, she helped me a lot and made my experience here so fun and easy.
