My experience at Home Depot was extremely good as always. Every time I am looking for an item, an employee is always there to help and answer all my questions. For example, I purchased two water heaters for my home today, and I had several questions regarding the warranty. Gillian, a cashier, answered all my questions nicely and courteously.

Alondra ( cashier) did more than just my transaction. She was personable and kind. Gave me tips on gardening! Had a wealth of Knowledge of where things are. Autumn was a huge help too! She led me right to what I needed. Ryan in garden truly went the extra mile showing me how tools worked that I purchase. He co-worker came over and added great advice which led me to purchase another tool. Everyone worked well together Jessica did my return swiftly and was super kind letting me know she needed to call a manager to find a skew. The manager came over ( blonde haired pretty lady with black glasses and helped efficiently! Everyone worked super well togetherz This is the best HD i have been to .. period! thanks a bunch!

Employees are very helpful and kind and actually know what their talking about.

I went into the store looking for the Scary Clown Jack In-The-Box Halloween prop today and they were sold out. Just as I began talking with a customer service associate to find out if there was one available at another store, the employee I had asked about the Halloween prop came running up to me and said they had one ! they were in the process of unloading a truck and there was one in there !!! They were GREAT and went out of there way to have a customer leave the store satisfied!!! The employees has ALWAYS been VERY helpful and friendly and I would like them to know that they are appreciated !

This store is clean, well stocked and keeps the safety of it's customers in mind. The manager, Frank, is top-notch; efficient, helpful and professional. Cashier, Alondra, is the BEST! She is quick, smart, observant, knowledgeable and friendly. Cashier, Isabel, is another helpful, friendly employee. One of the great store employees you will find ready to help you get what you need out on the floor is Carlos, who is also quick, knowledgeable and very friendly. These employees are just to name a few of the many competent, helpful and friendly associates at the Glendora Home Depot. You can always find what you need for all sorts of projects!

While shopping at the Glendora Home Depot store number 6617 I experience a few things that I believe are unique to that store. First of all I am a foreman for Union Carpenters and work for a large construction company so I frequent Home Depot’s quite often. Secondly in my opinion Glendora store is by far the best store I have visited to date. The store is always tidy and clean even returns as crazy as they’ve been to go back’s are getting put back on a regular basis and it doesn’t pile up like other stores so their employees can’t even walk around. Furthermore the level of customer service being provided from the store goes above and beyond normal expectations. I don’t know if you lucked out getting people with awesome personalities and knowledge their departments or you train them that way either way kudos. I wanna give a shout out to Frank, Mikayela, Ricky, Bryan, Fred, Walt, Jose, Alma, Lauren. By far the shining superstars and I look forward to seeing you when I go in. There’s so many more as well. Keep up the good work guys see you soon!!

Had lots of help. Found all the things that I was looking for. Prices were good. Thanks you Home depot crew.

I shop at a good number of Home Depot stores and Glendora is staffed by the most personable and knowledgeable people that I have met. the location, although always busy is easy to get to and the store is most often better stocked than other outlets. When a product is not on the shelf at Glendora, most often employees offer to contact other HD stores to check on availability. that is very much appreciated.

They always have what I'm looking for and they have great costumer service. The place is clean. Thank you.

My doors an associate was supposed to bring to customer service, never showed up and he never answered when he was called 5 or 6 times. The cashier did an excellent job but out of the 10 different associates 4 were terrible. I even called several times before I drove all the way out there and the associate who answered the phone was very rude and I had to call 4 times, taking over an hour and after making the drive, the item was not even there. That's not acceptable

This Home Depot had everything that I was looking for and then some. The Associates that I dealt with were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I needed help with a tool that I had purchased there and the Associates were able to show me how to use it properly. I look forward to the next time that I visit this store for whatever special project I take on in the future.

GREAT customer service. Well stocked store. I found the hand-washing soap that had been out of stock and there was now a full shelf.

Cashier Joseph was extremely patient and helpful!!! Many times when I come in to shop I do know exactly what I need and our how to get the project done and once again another because of Joseph, I left your store feeling happy and excited about putting a closet organizer!!! COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!! I love your store and the shopping experience Team Home Depot provides for me... consistently!!!

Store employees are helpful and friendly. Grace was our cashier and super nice. I was disappointed in the selection or stock of the pots to put plants in. There is a million beautiful plants and flowers and nothing to put them in.

Larry and Lynette at the Service Desk were so pleasant, helpful AND patient with my "will call" order, my online order and my in-store purchase. These two employees make me love spending money at this Home Depot store!!! Hang on to these two!!!

We set up an appointment to meet with Mirela for a bathroom remodel. She was phenomenal! Plus Home Depot provides the tools (samples, diagram, cost estimate, etc) to make us feel like a valued customer. Very professional!

I can say that the store personnel are helpful and patient. I may have had a issue here or there over the years with products / services but the people have always been polite, professional and reasonable in resolving minor issues here or there. Ive been going to this store for over 8 years now and i wont go to any other if I dont have to.

Employees extremely friendly and helpful

Avoid this store until COVID is over. The lines are long and you wait in 100 degree sunshine. Curbside pickup is a disaster. They don't have enough spaces or enough staff. I have done much better at another big box store and the local hardware store.

I wouldn’t recommend this store due to the customer service I received. Online order and front end would send us back and forth to cancel an order. The online order team member said they would cancel my order and told me I can leave the store so I don’t have to just stand around because I am pregnant. Team member never canceled my partial order when I called because my card got charged. The front end TM didn’t have a clue on how to call a front end supervisor. TM would just stand around look for someone but never flag them down. Worst experience I had at this store.
