Had to order a shower kit and Christine (CXC0335) at customer service was extremely helpful. I had a 15% coupon that was expiring that day and she worked until she was able to apply it.

Store always looks great. Bothers me and a lot and others to see shoplifters walk out the door without hesitation and no one willing to stop them. I pay for my materials and tools and it is not ok to see others just go out the door without resistance. If that is your policy why even have locks on the doors when your closed? Tired of paying more for product because home depot won't stop thieves.

You need stop the thief's, not cool to watch them just walk out.

I noted a change in customer service, the employees were eager to assist where as prior visits it was difficult to find an associate to assist,

Home Depot is a friendly store and helpful and the employees are readily available if you need help for my home improvement projects. Employees are always around to help or ask questions, my shopping experience becomes easy and less stress for me so I can perform my projects. Very pleasant friendly employees. They have everything I need. Thank and hope you keep up a great store in Glendora.

Because when we were looking for and shopping for items here, there was no employes to be found to help us locate some of the items. Also, when we went to check out, the one register that was open with a HD person there, was full of people, so we went to the self check out area to scan our items. We had issues with one item not scanning. When we looked around for help, there was a young man standing near the self serve check out and the center aisle of the store just looking at us. His name was Micah, or Mike. We asked him for help. He had an attitude and was not friendly. He acted like we were bothering him.

I’ve never had a bad experience here if there’s something I’m looking for or not sure about the staff members are always will to give me a hand or answer a question I may have. I always enjoy shopping at the Glendora store!!

They store was clean and neat. Eddie from lumber went above and beyond for helping us on two different occasions. He was super friendly and very helpful.

Everything at Home Depot is usually cheaper here. They usually have more quantity in stock too. Most employees are nice and helpful.

Nate in the garden department was very helpful with answering my questions, then he put all my purchases in my car. He was very kind and cheerful.

As a bumbling senior citizen who is a do-it-yourself type, I find the Home Depot in Glendora, CA the place to go for whatever project I'm working on. The store aisles are clearly marked, they have assistance readily available that are knowledgeable & willing to help. The product choices are varied and plentiful whatever the price range I choose. Quite a few of their products are made in America. They are also my "go to" place for tools, major & minor appliances, and gardening supplies as well. My family & I have shopped there for years, and are happy continuing customers. Home Depot also shows their support of our men & women in the armed forces by giving a generous military discount to veterans on all purchases.

The store is clean and always have what I need. Good price and very friendly and helpful workers. Thank you

Friendly and helpful

I'm a artist and I buy a lot of paint here to do murals. Frederick in the paint department is awesome! He helped me color match six different colors and some samples as well. He is really knowledgeable about the different paint formulas and products in his department as well.

Juan and Debbie in paint were miracle workers in getting the correct paint match for my Stucco Paint. Paint and garden associates were helpful throughout my visit. Garden was a little crowded but it was the Memorial weekend. Attitude is important to me. When people have a bored look or seem disinterested in what I am saying I get testy. I did not encounter this in my visit. Everyone looked like they were happy to help me. Great experience.
