John in Tool Rental went absolutely above and beyond in helping us find everything we needed. From connecting us to Juan in Lumber, who was GREAT, to personally taking us to each aisle and telling us exactly what we needed for our 1st DIY Board and Batten Project. Nikky at checkout was also very sweet! 5 stars doesn’t even begin to scratch the service, we’ll always be back :)

Judy dropped everything to help me find doorknobs I was looking for. We couldn’t find them so she made sure the price for the 1packs was accommodated to the price of the two packs. Now all of the doorknobs in my house match and I am very happy!

I did buy today an WATER HEATER

We came in to look at lawnmowers and started talking to Charles about lawn equipment. Charles was actually listening and we ended up buying a lawnmower, weedeater and blower! Everything thing we needed in one place! Charles made us loyal customers of the Hamilton Mills Home Depot! Thank you again, Charles Styles!

Brian was extremely kind and helpful in the garden area. He noticed me looking around —and asked if he could help me. I’m glad I took him up because he walked me around showing me various flowers that might work. He also helped me find the best planting soil for my needs. He found a cart, loaded my goods, accompanied me to the register and to my car where he loaded it for me. Over and beyond help! 👏👏👏

I walked away in happy tears from the incredible service that Charles provided me while I was there helping me to with a teaching garden for children with special needs. As he walked me through the store not only was everyone friendly to me they were friendly to each other which says something about the culture. The workers are always consistently helpful. So thankful for them.

This is the second time I have gone to Home Depot and had to wait an unusual amount of time for a service. Both times, Mr. Charles, Mikayla, and Debbie went above and beyond to acknowledge my wait and my patience and provided excellent customer service with friendly attitudes despite some unfriendly customer behavior from others! I greatly appreciate their positive presence and their willingness to be helpful when I wasn’t sure of what I needed or how to get the paint color just right. I will go out of my way to use this store!!

One Word or “person” John. John went over and above to help me. He not only asked if I needed help, but he escorted me to the opposite side of the store and assisted me until ALL my question were answered and truly help bring resolution to my project questions. John was my angel in human flesh. I’ve NEVER received this kind of assistance in ANY shopping experience. God bless Home Depot for having awesome associates like JOHN.

The manager, James, took the time to look up a "how to" video for me on replacing a range stove top. After looking at all the items I would need, he personally walked me through the isles to retrieve these needed items and made sure my check out process was fast and convenient. Could not have asked for a better Home Depot Experience!

It’s time to get your weed preventer out! Home Depot at Hamilton Mill had the exact manufacture, bag size and plenty of stock that I really wanted. (Finally, the cold and rain seem to have slipped over a state or two leaving us plenty of sunshine and warm weather to start getting our lawns in shape). My Sales Associate and my Cashier were both wonderful! Finally! A shopping trip where EVERYTHING goes perfectly. We all know how rare that is. 🎉

Brandon, cliff,and Danielle at the service desk absolutely rocked my home depot experience, they went over and beyond there normal job dutys to take care of me and my family. I will not shop no were else.

While I was already shopping in Home Depot today, a friend asked if I had any really large thermoses for an event this evening. So I looked on the HD website and it showed some items available at this store but no “location”. Customer Experience Manager, Charles Style, went out of his way to track some down and followed things through to check out. Wonderful and friendly service. Thank you!!

Bryan helped me not only troubleshoot my lock problems but also opened it up for me to find the exact problem. He also tried to fix the problem at no extra charge. When we found out it was a vendor issue, he provided me with their lifetime product coverage warranty phone number via a printout, not just have me write out the number. Moreso, with my permission, he asked if I had another similar old lock which he used to help me swap out the old cartridge. Service like that provided by Bryan McFalls keeps me coming back to TheHomeDepot Hamilton Mill!
