I go out of my way to shop at this location mainly because the staff, especially Rebecca is super friendly and polite.

Any time we visit this Home Depot the atitude and helpfulness of the employees stands out. We are never ignored! The employees approach us and ask if they can help. They are pleasant and friendly.

My son and I went into this Home Depot to get help with a cub scout project. Tom in lumbar went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The front end staff was great too.

Zachary More was the only person who was helpful to us.We asked other employees but each replied " not my dept". Zachary is very knowledgeable in flooring. He answered all our questions, walked around getting samples for us trying to match the piece of our old carpet. He was patient and found us the perfect carpet and padding for needs. He is professional, helpful and his customer service skills are second to NONE !!! We would gladly work with Zachary in the future !! Thank you Zachary !!

I always have a great time visiting my local home depot. The people are awesome and the prices are reasonable.

I just purchased a refrigerator, dish washer, stove, washer and dryer and I got a great deal. The employee that helped us was Jason and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. He had some great stories and made me feel comfortable during my buying process and I felt like I was making the right choices. He was great go ask for Jason when you need something.

Went in looking for a specific Christmas decoration I had seen advertised and was kindly escorted to it and they even helped carry it to my car. Can’t say enough good things about this store

Peyton and John in Tool Rental made my experience awesome!!! They are the best they went above and beyond went it comes to customer service. I made reservations for a box truck rental a few days before my move date for Saturday 11/19/2022 at 1:30 pm. I received a notification that my reservation was canceled. I immediately contacted Home Depot to ask why is was canceled. I spoke with Peyton who informed me that the system automatically canceled. A few hours later I received a call from Peyton letting me know that a box truck had arrived. Upon arrival both gentleman apologized for the inconvenience and explained the process. The transaction went smoothly!! They went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. They deserve a raise!!I would recommend this store!! If you ever need anything in tool rentals go see Peyton and John they are the best!!! Thank you for an awesome experience!!!

Went in looking for something to keep in my car when I might need a tool or two. Very friendly staff helped me find several options and I was able to select what I wanted and check out was a breeze. Clean friendly store

a visit to my home depot is always enjoyable. specially because, besides shopping, i like to give my little dog a ride in the cart

I went in for supplies to build a greenhouse and the home depot employees were very helpful, specifically Todd. He helped find the plastic tarp and pipes that I needed.

Waiting for 25 minutes for some one to get the wheat straw and nobody showed up.

Had great experience with staff working in plumbing departments very helpful. Only setback is in September 2022 I had a gift card stolen in the store and no one at store level or corporate could make it right which was sad.

We were helped by a very sweet day named Judy. She was so professional and extremely helpful. Her overall caring personality and willingness to help is something that is not seen everyday. Home Depot at Hamilton Mill should consider themselves very lucky to to have Ms. Judy as one of their employees!!!!

I usually visit this location 2-3 times per month. Always looking to purchase damaged products: mulch, pottong soil, and/or bags of damaged rocks. Sometimess one can find good deals on clearance items!

I had an online order that had some complications. Amanda P was so helpful and just made the process easy for me. She really put me at ease and she was incredibly respectful. It's not common for today's youth to speak kindly much less with an emphasis on manners. I really felt appreciated as a customer and as a person. Her parents should be incredibly proud. Amanda, you are so right, kindness is free and we need more of it in the world with people just like you. Thank you.
