This store is clean, organized and stocked. The employees go out of the way to help me. The manager must be something special, as the employees are ALWAYS nice.

Employees do not engage with customers, they like to stand around and talk among themselves. Lack of product knowledge. Supervisors not in control of employees or Lumber loading area.

We are planning to buy flooring, stove, showers, toilets, hardware, vanity and closet doors for our new home. and have you install it all. Your staff made learning about these items, and choosing them, a great experience. Thank you!

Until they retrain John at the Customer Service desk, I personally will not do business here. He was rude to me and in my opinion should not be placed in the position to interact with customers. Stock person in the delivery area would be more suitable. IJS

This store has really good customer services.

Everyone at this store is very friendly and also very helpful. Our cashier, Heather, took the time to make sure we were buying exactly what we needed. She actually saved us a trip because we didn’t realize we had different bolts until she pointed it out. Great store and great staff

Vinnie in Paint is extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable! He was the only one we saw working in Paint but he was helping everyone and doing an extremely good job at it! He treated everyone with respect and took the time they needed to get what they wanted! We didn't even need to explain the paint we needed, we just showed him the picture of the can and it's sticker and how much we needed and he was off and running! He has been the Best paint man we have ever experienced at this Home Depot and we have bought A lot of paint!
