Small store with knowledgeable employees

Bought this in Nov 2022 and have been very pleased with it

Every employee was friendly and helpful. I didn't pass an employee that didn't speak to me which made me feel like a valued customer

I was well pleased with the help I got from two different employees who both asked if I needed help with something.

I have been to many Home Depots, but the employee's friendliness and customer service at this location are the best. And they will happily help you with your projects without making you feel stupid for any lack of knowledge you may have. They are willing to answer any questions and make sure you get what you're looking for. I will definitely use this store in the future.

I was very frustrated and I was telling her about my day she talked to me made me laugh help me to understand don't let small things frustrate me we all have good day and bad days I enjoy seeing her

Had a list made out of the items I needed, I asked for help a couple of times and was given isle numbers and they even took me to where the item was that I was looking for.

You always get help if you need it, and check put is fast!

I am so glad Hartwell has the Home Depot. I had hoped there would be one in Elberton at some time. But we dont have one. Going to Hartwell is a good "Get Away" for me.

paint was much lighter look when applied, and my customer was unhappy, so Alicia Gibbs in the paint Dept spent over an hour toning it down. She used skill and much patience! Customer service at it's best!! Thanks, Alicia!!

I visited the Hartwell, GA store to get pine straw for a project at our lake home in Lavonia. The lady who checked me out would radio for help and Dave always suited up and showed up. His work ethic shows. He made it clear that he would be there for whatever I needed. That kind of service is not found in the world very often today and it was clear to me that we need more clones of Dave!

TY lumber manager has asked me several times that I look like Iam trying to steal products Also he paged me to move my car I went and moved it I asked what am I blocking he said I don’t have time to wait for you to shop I got things to do I said well I’ll leave he said that the best thing shop elsewhere so I can get my task done I will not be back as long as TY there

Allison was amazing. She was there to help us. She went to different sections that was not her section and she helped us. She never said that is not my area or not my job. She is a asset to home Depot.
