Hartwell is a very convenient store to us, and we are so thankful not to have to travel to Anderson, SC, Toccoa, Commerce, or Athens. It is well-managed, well-staffed and well-stocked.

I enjoy going to this Home Depot in Hartwell when they have the products I need. I find the employees are always helpful.

This is an awesome store. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Real people and real service if this is what you want Cameron will deliver professional and polite service. No machine will give you that, people hold down cost,machines give thieves a reason to be there and prices go up

While struggling to find appropriate paint selections for our new construction home, and after visiting numerous Big Name Paint Store, Robin in the Hartwell, GA exceeded our expectations! This employee was one of the most knowledgeable we had ever encountered. We found out that she only works part time as well. Robin has made me a committed Home Depot customer due to her extreme customer focus. So as to be fair, will visiting the Hartwell, GA facility over the years we have always been treated with the utmost respect by everyone of the staff. This statement cannot be made for all other location. As we are retiring and moving to Hartwell, GA it is comforting to know the the local Home Dept isn't just another Big Box Store. There appears to be a specific focus on customer focus at this location. We find this to be both comforting and refreshing. Keep up the good work!

This store was immaculate, the staff , exceptionally friendly, and the product easy to find. The supervisor was extremely supportive of his employee, and the whole experience a true delight! FANTASTIC JOB HOMEDEPOT!!!

Save yourself stress stop at the service desk and ask Cameron, He knows the store and the outside areas. Professional and will not give you attitude if you ask him a question.

I like this store because even though the bigger stores carry more and diverse types of products, my store’s employee expertise is better than the big stores. Most of of the employees are sincere about trying to help and I know by name who can help me with what. On the other hand the plant Nursury should be more interesting and have someone with landscape design knowledge. Thanks

Had the best experience at homedepot. I was wanting to purchase a washing machine but wasnt familiar with the different name brand's but the salesman name Bobby was so helpful. He told me the pros and cons of each name brand and i was very pleased with my purchase..

The Hartwell Store #1748 goes out of its way to help me every time I come in the door. All the clients I sent tell me the same thing. It is nice to have a personal friendship with the associates we see every day. I love to send my clients here bc I know they will be taken care of!

From the manager to the cashier to the employees who helped load our purchase, it was a good experience where we felt like the Home Depot staff wanted to help us. I've shopped here several times over the past few years, and based on my experiences, I will continue. The store keeps good stock, and when you order a larger quantity, they will tell you when it will be in and it will be there. Thanks to Casey and Brandon for loading us up with all of the Trex board.
